She was the artist to my sister who was the bride and her proficient team did the makeup for my entire family. We were ready in time, all looking like absolute celebrities. Being from same industry I am aware about the affordable fees she charge and amazing quality she provides to her clients. I found Richa very talented and dedicated towards her work. All my makeup looks were as I wanted, glamorous but still natural. She understood my ask and the looks I desired for each function and matched the expectations as is. All my looks were flawless. The only issue I faced was with the time as she was few hours late (which could be an issue on D day) due to delays by other brides booked still she covered for it and didn’t compromise my look.

We had a really bad experience with MUA Richa Matlani. Richa and her team lack professionalism and have punctuality issues that led to severe disruptions in our wedding timeline. She has unnecessary demands, a lack of quality delivery, and a notable absence of basic courtesy. She kept harassing my sister, the bride, by calling her a million times and sending long messages during her function. Hiring her and her team for this wedding was a huge mistake as she was only a cause of stress for my sister and family. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

She is hands down the best make up artist that I have ever gotten my make up done from. I have been getting my Makeup done from her since the last six years and will continue to do so. Richa is very professional and very friendly. Her makeup was stunning and each makeup look she created was perfect for the occasion and always had some X factor. She DOES NOT do whitewashing (perfectly matches your skin color) and nothing is gaudy and most importantly she LISTENS TO YOUR VISION about how you yourself want to look.
