We had the absolute pleasure of working with Riti for my sister’s wedding, and honestly, we don’t know how we would have survived without her. From day one, she listened to our endless stream of ideas, Pinterest screenshots, and “what if we try this” experiments—never once losing her cool. Instead, she somehow turned every thought into something even better than what we had imagined. What amazed us most was her knack for coming up with out-of-the-box solutions. When we thought we had run out of decor options, she surprised us with unique touches that instantly made the wedding stand out. (Who knew simple fairy lights and local flowers could look like something straight out of a movie set?) At one point, a tiny logistical hiccup popped up, and before we could even panic, she had already pulled Plan B, C, and D out of her magic hat. Honestly, it felt less like wedding planning and more like watching a genius at work. She also brought humor and ease into the process—handling fussy relatives, sudden “expert advice,” and last-minute whims with the calmness of a saint and the wit of a stand-up comic. On the big day, everything went so smoothly we almost forgot weddings are supposed to be stressful. Thanks to her, my sister’s wedding wasn’t just perfect, it was personal, memorable, and full of little surprises that made it feel one-of-a-kind. We can’t recommend her enough—she’s not just a wedding planner, she’s basically a magician with a clipboard.

Riti events by Yashashwi just planned my wedding at W Goa. They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. Yashashwi was super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. She is so sweet, down to earth and personable! She works very hard and is truly passionate about her work. I highly recommend choosing her for your next event. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.

It was a very mixed experience while working with Yashashwi. On personal grounds, she is a nice person who would get excited about small things,have lot of vibrant ideas and would give a personal touch in every meeting but on professional front she lacks leadership,communication skills & management. She promised us too many ideas but couldn’t deliver half of them. She might have tried well but she definitely ruined experience for us. The main issue we realised was communication gap between Yashashwi and her vendors and her lack of leadership. Areas where she screwed up badly 1. Managing vendors - our return gifts were not ready till last week whereas the element was discussed in initial meetings itself.Her revert to every issue was : I am trying to reach out to vendors (which she do) but they are not picking my calls. We as customer could have also done this while sitting in our cities.Her main role was to be a bridge between us and vendors and get work done. 2.Not able to deliver same elements as discussed in PPT :We had all discussions,made ppt,element sheet and what not but many elements were missing on D DAY like my wedding umbrella, the lamps we wanted to release after wedding,decor ideas changed at last moment. (Shared one pic below). She still has not given us our messages which our friends wrote for us on D day as she forgot to carry those while doing final settlement. This had lot of emotional value for us. 3. Lack of leadership and experience: It was clearly visible during entire event that things were entirely scattered starting from her rspv team to f&b team. It was our family who could execute the plan we manifested months ago. You can work with her but ensure to give her a timeline and constant follow up on results and not on what she is trying or saying that she is trying.
