I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this hairstylist during my destination wedding. Despite being fully paid in advance, she openly stated that she would intentionally do poor hairstyles for the bride’s important wedding events. The reason given was completely unprofessional: the bride declined to arrange in-room dining and instead offered meals through the wedding buffet, which was available to all vendors. Threatening to deliberately ruin a bride’s look on her wedding day over a meal preference is unacceptable, unethical, and highly unprofessional. A service provider should never use their role to pressure or punish a client after full payment has already been made. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events, and trust is extremely important. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress and anxiety at a time that should have been joyful. I would strongly caution future brides to think carefully before booking Ritika Kadam, especially for destination weddings, and to clarify expectations in writing to avoid similar situations.

What can I say? She is truly a hair fairy and one of the best artists in our nation. To all the brides out there - once you have booked her you can rest easy cause she will ensure your hair and you are at its optimum best for your big day!
