Riwaaz-e-Rishte

We engaged Riwaaz-E-Rishte, “Anisha Verma” - located at  P- 27 IInd Floor Malviya Nagar Office No. 205, New Delhi, Delhi 110017, India, for our wedding and paid ₹2,00,000 in advance. The planner initially quoted ₹9,70,000 for services, and we have a signed contract confirming this. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp and the provision of clear evidence, including timelines, screenshots, and documentation, the planner has withheld our funds without lawful justification. The agreement required delivery of specific services, which were not fulfilled. The so-called “non-refundable retainer” clause does not excuse failure to perform contracted services. Based on our experience and discrepancies in pricing and service, we advise caution, especially for NRI clients. NRIs have access to legal remedies both in India and abroad, and can pursue action to recover funds if services are not delivered as contracted. We have issued a final notice requesting a refund, but have received no response. This is a clear deficiency of service and breach of contract. We are pursuing remedies under both Indian and Australian law and will update this review based on how this matter is resolved. We’re only getting started to ensure they comply as per their contract. Also note how conveniently their business via Google is "temporarily closed". The same planner advised us not to disclose total the fees to Prateek & Prachee, making me realise - they're not authentic by nature.

Anisha and her team were AMAZING! Myself and my husband are based in the UK and are both the perfectionist type with huge expectations. Riwaaz-e-Rishte absolutely delivered! They were available for calls, made amazing excel spreadsheets and spent time getting to understand us and our style of organisation. On our Sangeet night it started to rain and I was worried it would impact our outdoor wedding ceremony the next day, but the team organised everything overnight and left me to enjoy my Sangeet stress free! (And I stress easily!) I could not recommend them more highly - you can put your trust in this team to plan your perfect day.

With riwaazerishte, everything could be relied upon once themes were discussed. They did everything on-the-go and even on short notice and were helpful throughout with all little details and arrangements. The flower basket for the flower boy and the custom designed cones for the pheras to hold flower petals were the cutest highlights from my wedding. The prettiest visuals were the delicately designed cocktail stage, mandap for the pheras and phoolon ki chadar for the entry - all keeping in mind that the families wanted decor to complement and not overpower the bride.

I’ve attended 2 weddings and multiple functions curated by rivaaz-e-rishte and have had a splendid experience at all. The founder, Anisha Verma, is extremely innovative and considerate of client needs. Her team is highly professional and does an amazing job in stipulated timelines.
