Very bad service and decor. None of the things were as promised, only big promises and nothing else that you will get

One of the worst experiences. The décor for our engagement was nowhere close to what was promised in the PDF. The stage was unsafe, shaky, and moved while dancing; nails were sticking out; flowers and truss were cheap and not what we finalized; and the name board was missing. This entire setup was outsourced to a third party from without telling us, even after taking advance. When we raised genuine concerns, the decorator refused to take responsibility and instead blamed us, even making personal comments about our trust and relationship. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service. Please be cautious if booking.
