Communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding was almost non-existent. We had to repeatedly follow up just to understand basic things like whether there would be a Q&A session or planning discussion. It felt as though no preparation was being done from their side, and we were left to chase them for clarity on everything. This immediately gave us the impression that they reserve their real effort and attention only for large-scale or high-budget weddings — and that the rest are handled just for the sake of it. On the wedding day itself, while the photos came out decent, the overall event experience was so-so. There was no warmth, no coordination, and very little proactive direction from the team. It felt transactional rather than the attentive, invested service you expect on such an important day. Post-wedding, things became even worse. Although we received the edited photos and raw content, a major portion of the deliverables was never provided despite months of follow-ups. The biggest disappointment was the same-day edited video that was shown at our reception — something we specifically paid for. Even though it was fully edited and already displayed at the event, they refused to share the final copy with us despite multiple reminders. This was extremely unprofessional and honestly baffling. The lack of accountability, communication, and commitment after the event made us feel completely let down. Once the primary payment was made, it genuinely felt like our wedding was no longer a priority for them. Given our experience, we cannot recommend this team. We hope future couples consider this before booking and that the team reflects seriously on their approach so no one else has to go through this level of disappointment.

Best team ever & best decision we made for our wedding was having RSP photograph it. We aren’t particularly camera friendly (bordering on camera shy) and it didn’t feel like we were being photographed as such but yet they managed to capture us in our element and just having a blast.
