I only wish If there was an option to rate them something lower than this. I did Shop for my brothers wedding lehangha from this place. They displayed the best behavior when trying to sell stuff to me . they also told me that lockdown or no lockdown they will ensure to deliver my outfit on time. when I called them to understand the status they were very sweet and nice to keep assuring me that delivery will be done within time. it was still 15 days post the agreed delivery date and the biggest surprise is my order was that my dupattta was not the color I ordered. I have been chasing them for days now and they neither are picking up the phone nor responding to my messages on whatsapp. I wish I had read their reviews before actually visiting them They will end up giving excuses that the Roop Couture and Roop shree creations are different entities but that's only on papers it's the same owner. your reply states I haven't purchased anything. I have a copy of the bill and whatsapp conversations. can share if needed
