Over-promised and under-delivered. It was difficult to get hold of DK(Roshan Events). He kept assuring us that there was nothing to worry about and it was “too early” to plan anything whenever we tried to ask about decor ideas. The decor was also different than what was agreed on. Could improve by staying in regular touch with the client and only promising things that can be delivered.

Very poor time management. They promised so many things and they delivered very less. Also, the quality of the work was below average. Missed out on a lot of things that were required and it was just a fail for us. Would recommend them to work better and up their game.

Needs improvement. Could have been handled in a better manner. There is scope of improvement.

Had an extremely disappointing experience with roshan events . They have been rather unresponsive, disorganized, and unhelpful in so many ways. I found myself doing all the major follow ups for everything last minute when I was suppose to be enjoying my wedding functions. A bunch of minor (and major) things went wrong at my wedding as well, which I had expected them to be managing (i.e the songs for the bridal entry was all mixed up and wrong, the decor was not delivered as discussed,the Haldi setup was half done and we had no one to assist) They underdelivered all the big promises made which was extremely disheartening.

Mr. Roshan handled the decor and management for my wedding early this year. The decor and the arrangement was top notch. He was there through out the event personally taking care of everything. Really satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience and delighted to hire them for my sis wedding. These guys are just amazing and so creative. No words to describe the "Always there attitude" of Mr Roshan. He just work for you as a part of the family.
