Hello Everyone, I really don?t know from where to start with, I had booked Ruchi Batra for my pre wedding photoshot from Urban clap, The amount of pain me & my husband has gone through that just cannot be put up into words, to start with ? when we booked her we mutually agreed on INR 10000/- After the image being captured she suddenly increased her rate with INR 3000/- since it was a happy moment for both of us we ignored and agreed to pay her INR 13000/- After that ? we asked to share the un edited picture which was already discussed that next day it will be shared took almost a month and then the amount of follow up we did to get the unedited picture was just nasty. And the best part is we did not get the SAVE THE DATE picture to share with Family and friends which we actually wanted so desperately that we end up paying anything she asked for! We got the edited picture after 3 months of our marriage also she was so ill-mannered to talk, rude and rough ? she made us wait in a metro station for long 1 hour and then said she forgot to carry the pictures! We have gone through her tantrums a lot, i will personally not recommend her, its too much pain! thanks????
