We kept on chasing him for album, edited videos, final reel and other things that were promised. Multiple follow ups on call and messages but no reply. It’s been more than 3 month that we have been chasing him for deliverables but he ghosted us. We also had given 90% of the payment. We are left with no option. It was a horrible experience with them. I would not recommend them.

The most unprofessional people ever met in such scenario..it's been 10 month I was waiting for videos they were supposed to create..they did nothing and not even answering calls since the beginning and shamelessly ignoring, they have also restricted there profile of social media so that no other can complain about them..they took all money as asked and didn't worked on it..please don't go for them to spoil your good moments.

These people especially Sarthak Sharma are few of the most unprofessional people I have come across. I asked them to create a video r invite wherein I gave the entire written breif with tiniest of details and they couldn’t deliver it. They could not communicate the same to their editor and blamed me for asking for an invite. I kept calling them but as soon as they received my calls they used to turn their phone off. One day they Mentioned that I have booked them only for 2days and have no business asking additional details. When I said this is incorrect they said they will not do anything and returned my money back.

The SS Production team was really amazing, they have an eye for each and every detail while working , everyone was really friendly & patient. My wedding events photos came out to be so beautiful & captivating. I’m gonna book them for my brother’s wedding as well . They are literally the best in town . Thank you for making my day so special by capturing every single beautiful moment ?
