Extremely happy with the product and promptness to the service. She takes care of the personal touch to the gift/ package very nicely. I did not have a lot of creative thought as to what to send as a gift to my parents but Sonam provided me with apt options and made sure she had enough information to make the package more personalized on my behalf.
