Special mention to malkeet and suhail, what a great time it was having them cover my wedding! Safarnama team was always on the foot for the best moments and did not crib about the parties ending at 2:30-3am late night. Thankyouuu!

We chose them for our function, where at least I had big expectations from them based on reviews, their Instagram's and never the less the big amount of money they charge for their service. The charges are almost 1.5 x if not double than normal prevailing rates. Even if you are willing to pay the amount, you would at least expect to have the best photography in all ways possible including shoot/ family pictures/ videos/ xyz. Please let me clarify I am not complaining about the money they charge, it is their work and they get to decide it nobody forced me to pick them, it is the value for money they gave back in terms of their content which was definitely not worth it. Unfortunately I do believe I made a big mistake choosing them not only with my money's worth but also their behavior towards us. Firstly my very first opinion about them is they shoot and create content based on your expense on the function meaning if you are having a crazy lavish function they will make sure to capture the best to show off to the audience where as if you are having a not so lavish function their content for you is hideous ( this is a big deal because I have literally zero good content from my auspicious day). Secondly the guy (LAKSHYA MANWANI) who dealt with me was top notch rude ( I wish I could post ss of how he conversed with me- he never replied to any texts or took days before replying and the worse was when he shouted on me in a recording saying I was being unreasonable to keep asking for the deliverables - they never sent me the whole deliverable they promised but I also stopped messaging after he shouted because it was horrifying to get treated that way, I would rather not have my pictures/videos ), I grew up understanding that the money you put in the service decides the kind of service/treatment you would get and I swear we spent more than we should on them because they treated me like garbage ( at least not like they value a client irrespective of the money). Lastly I wish I was more confident in sharing my identity and the kind of content/ work they did for my function, but I just want to say all that shines is not gold and its true for them. I could still overcome not having the best photography but what isn't reasonable was their shitty behavior with me. I don't have a single unique memory from my function provided by them that would make me want to choose them in future. Sadly I don't even have basic shots that any genuine photographer would give you let alone something creative ( as their Instagram shows) which now I realize that the kind of money we paid to them, if the same money was paid to another genuine photographer may be not so famous like them, he would have given his 100%. At the end some people might have had good experiences with them, but this is my personal experience and I do hope I was on the other side because my special day isn't coming back...

The best ever team I have seen in my life. They are so hardworking and captured every single beautiful moment of my wedding. Worked over hours and did not even said a thing to us. From pictures to video to creating the teaser for our wedding, I loved everything. I am so happy that we booked Safarnama films for our wedding. Their team is really hardworking and they make sure to capture each and every special moment beautifully. I've fallen in love with the pictures.

They were our wedding photographers and we are not happy with our choice. We got our wedding album after 8 months of our wedding. They were not so professional. They forgot to shoot my house,my getting ready shots and worse is that there are hardly any pictures of my family members. There are pictures of other guests specially girls. They were more focused on them but us. Disappointed.

Good job done by the team, very flexible and cooperative. They are aware of all tiny details and the sensitivity involved in weddings. It was a rare thing to watch that our pandit ji appreciating the safarnama team and even discussed the true meaning of safarnama during the pheras! As humans we tend to forget the good vendors and we keep discussing the bad ones. Laksh made sure that we don’t forget him and hence the review! Kudos to the entire team too! I got my roka shot from lakshay in 2018 end, my fiancé that time had another team for his side. The results of lakshay and the other team were compared and there was a lot of difference. Safarnama’s work really impressed us, may it be the small teaser or the couple portraits, it really made my fiancé jealous that he chose another team haha! For the wedding we were sure to hire lakshay, and we are happy today again with the quality..their song choice is so apt..safarnama is family now all thanks to sahil and rahul for understanding us.
