This is a detailed review of Sajawat. I have just got wedding cards printed from them. I had designed these cards myself and got 84 of them printed from Sajawat (2 sets of 42 cards with a slightly different design). QUALITY OF WORK: What disappointed me the most about Sajawat is their quality of work. The printed sample (prototype) that they showed me was much better than what I got in the end. Out of 84 cards, 70-80% cards have white edges. Our cards are green, but the prints have white edges on the majority of cards. This is the fault of whoever edited my design before printing (I had 3mm bleed in my designs, so there should have been no chance of white edges). Only around 10% of cards are near perfect. Other than white edges, a lot of cards have imperfect lamination. The fold in the centre ruins the lamination and every card has that unwanted touch. Lamination on some cards is messed up from outside too. Around 5-6 cards are so bad that they aren't usable. A card which has perfect lamination and no white edges are hardly found in the pile. Sajawat has printed these cards and we have paid them, now we can't do anything to fix these cards. Behaviour TOWARDS CUSTOMER: In comparison to other card printers in Amritsar listed here, Sajawat's behaviour was much better. I had been to their shop and they had connected me to their printing guy Suhaas, who talked well. Overall, they didn't get irritated or ignore my requests (unlike others). The good thing was that they showed me prototypes for free. SKILL AT WORK: Their shop is not an organized one. I think they also sell dry fruit, which they have all over in the shop. What I missed was seeing their portfolio as they showed me just 2 average looking cards. Secondly, I was expecting a bill or at least a receipt of my payment, but they didn't provide any. They also didn't have anyone dedicated person who'd show me cards, answer my questions or suggest me something. There are these customers standing together, somebody needs cards, somebody needs dry fruits to be packed, and they aren't able to respond to any of them quickly. Overall, I liked their behaviour but didn't like their quality of work.
