I booked the catering services for my wedding in November about 4-5 months in advance, discussing and confirming all details repeatedly. Despite this, his service proved highly unprofessional: on the wedding day itself, he prepared food for far fewer people than agreed, casually dismissing it with "sorry, galti ho gayi" (sorry, it was a mistake). We had hired him for cocktails, haldi, breakfast, lunch, shaadi meal, and next-day breakfast, yet he miscalculated guest numbers for every single event and prepared fewer dishes than specified on several occasions, while still charging the full agreed amount for everything. This consistent lack of professionalism left me deeply disappointed with the subpar service received.

The catering service was absolutely wonderful. The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The staff was professional and polite, making sure every guest was taken care of. Overall, it added great value to our event.

Excellent food, presentation and quantities. All our guests went back very happy. They were punctual,setting up everything 1 hour before the targetted time. Nitin ji is a Gem.
