Sana Chouhan is the best thing that ever happened to me on my wedding day [Yes, her makeup was better than the feeling that I was getting married to the LOVE OF MY LIFE. Even he agreed]. She did exactly what I asked for and her makeup stayed and didn't break even by the next morning. I was still looking fresh, active and glowing till my Bidaai and even Hours after my Grah Paravesh Ceremony in my new Home when I was feeling tired and sleepy inside. She didn't overdo anything as I don't feel good in makeup as I myself don't know how to do it properly. My husband hates makeup on me as he says, You are very pretty just the way you are. I have a light skin complexion and I didn't wanted it to be more lighter.I asked for just my natural complexion even with makeup, no extra colour in the eye shadow, just nude and minimal makeup. She did exactly that. I was so happy. Everyone loved it. They even said, It doesn't even look like that you have applied any makeup. And that just made my wedding day extra special. I love you Sana Mam. Hope someday I can do makeup on myself that good because I know it brings out confidence in us. Thank you so much. P.S. Yes, hair buns cost extra. That did feel heavy but this is the one day that you feel like on top of the world, if you are getting married by choice and not forcefully. Also, because you could afford it, you went to Sana Chouhan in the first place. So reviewing here that she charged extra and only gave 15-20 minutes in makeup, and Nobody Liked It After The Fact is just Bad Faith. She is good, that's why it takes her only 20 minutes to get your face done and the costing of her makeup includes everything, your hair do, your nails without the nail art, you bridal dress fitting help and fixing the duppata. They make that very clear at the time of the booking, if you ask the right questions. But just because some brides are dumb enough not to ask and just book in the name of the brand and then complain afterwards, they should go to their local Parlour Wali Didi then. If your skin isn't good enough, if you never skin cared enough, then that's not MUA's fault. Stop with this blame game here. P.P.S. Your Bride From October 2024

This lady sana chauhan is just a perfect example of "unchi dukan, feekha pakwan" this lady just ruined my wedding day, she didn't leave any stone unturned, with her perfect make up of worth 31500/- which I paid as 15000 advance upi and I was asked to bring cash on the day of makeup as bridal make up. And one hair bun for 5000. Her so called senior hairstylist looted me, gave me different bridal hair buns worth 5000, (whose actual cost is not more than 2000), I had no choice, so had to buy that too. Because their terms and conditions say 'hair accessories not included'. I do have dusky complexion but she made me look like a grey charcoal. ???? She hardly too 15-20 minutes to do my makeover. I was asked to reach her saloon at 2pm and by 5 pm i was completely ready, and during this whole time, hairstylist took 30-40minutes and rest of the time, I was just sitting around and was looking at other brides. There were around 6/7 brides during b My visiting hours. Everyone criticised my make-up and she just ruined my day with her skills perfectly. She used cheap products, eyelashes she used were just worth 20/30 rupess according to my reception MUA, (reception mua didn't have any idea about my wedding MUA) She didn't use any contour, bronzer, and didn't even use any face primer, her assistant applied some moisture by Garnier( red colored bottle). Didn't even use fixing spray, neither of my face area was highlighted. AND, the eyelashes she used was poking in my left eye all the time, that fake eyelashes, kept my eyes red whole time and watery, after complaining multiple times to assistants at sana chauhan academy, they did nothing, just pulled little from the side it was poking and, no one did anything. I wish I could post my reception makeover picture and wedding makeover picture here and, other people could see, how badly my day was ruined. My precious day, my precious time, and My money was wasted, I paid this greedy lady, 15000 advance, 16500 on the day of makeup and 5000 for that bad bun, which was all broken( her assistant said it's newly opened and extra things are falling from that, otherwise it's new). Dear sana chauhan, I request you to please stop playing with hard earned money if others and emotions too, Your make up made me cry whole night, due to that pain in the eye, as well as how I looked after you did my make up, Everybody, just asked, who did this makeup of yours., ? Neither my wedding photos looked good. I looked like I came from the incinerator itself. I looked like I have a burnt face, just because of you. I lack words to curse you and your skills. It was my once in a life time day, and you gave your best to make me took like a hell . And i can't express how i feel. I humbly request everyone not to choose her for your special day guys, I regret my decision, I wish you guys don't have to. And i was scolded by my family for spending this much money and get this worthless makeup for final day, I have good features and skin as well. But she, just can't say what have she done. I don't have any knowledge about makeup but, I can do better makeup than she did on me. Almighty will serve her greed for money. What will you do with this much money??? If you can't make someone happy on their special day??? Do you sleep at night? Will you return my parent's hard earned money? Can you bring back that day of mine? For you everyone is same. But not for us.

Sana is worst when it comes to make up and CUSTOMER SERVICE She use the same brushes on face that has been used on other's skin during make up. I didn't see her changing or washing the brushes. I had a terrible experience with her. My skin got bad after the make up (Red and bumpy). Her receptionist Ritu has no idea on how to attend clients + they ask you to make the whole payment in advance before you sit for make up. They ask you to show up before tentative time otherwise they'll cancel the booking. I was informed the same before a day of my booking. She had 25 bride bookings during my make-up. Why the hell take so much of bookings if you can't perform 1 diligently? My hair do was ruined completely and what she did to address it.. is throwing her attitude and disrespect towards my complaint. Hair do was done so bad from the back that she just didn't even ask her staff to redo it or atleast show that to me for an affirmation. She doesn't ask her clients if they are satisfied with the make up or not. She is least concerned if you are happy with the services of not. I pointed out my hair do twice to her that I am not liking it the way it's looking. And her behaviour was ignorant towards that. She took 3 hours to get the hair do done and it failed. Plus, I got late because of her. But if you are late they have audacity to cancel the booking. She is worst as an artist with 0 managing skills. Decide yourself if you want to save your day,time and money or waste all of it. Below is my message complaint to her- I chose your work sitting here in Delhi. Brides put the trust in you guys that you'll doll them up the best. But none of you seem to be concerned on how one feels after the make up is done. Have you ever asked any of your clients directly that how do they feel after you guys finsih the make up? I don't think so. Just ask every single one of them and don't spoil the look by your own means of understanding. You're just minting money by taking multiple bookings. Your assistant asked me to show up at 7 am even when my booking was for 7:30. And she had the audacity to tell me that you will make me wait if I am not on time there. What the hell is appointment for?? And it was shocking for me. I was pushed since the very start with you guys. Sometimes for full payment in cash and sometime for appointment. I asked you first to decide the look and proceed. But you didn't seem to be cared enough as you had 25 brides to attend apart from me. Do not overload your day with bookings if you can't perform one make up with client's satisfaction. It is going to cost you nothing. Because it is your every day job. But it does to your clients. First it costed me more than what my pocket allowed and second the regret of choosing Sana Chouhan. I don't know how much you care about your clients. The way my experience has been with you so far, it clearly seems that you do not care how your client feels about you. I was not satisfied at all and I pointed out the same to your subordinates. And you were not even there to check the final look and ask if I was feeling well enough. Plus, my hairstyle was this big that jewellery didn't even fit. I had to open it by the corners and seal it. What kind of services do you exactly offer? Dissatisfaction??

The worst and over rated makeup artist who fools her customers. She ruined the most important day of my life my wedding . She has no sense of using the correct foundation shade and type. No sense of using eyeshadow . She used black and white shade on my eyes with red colour lehenga which was terrible and horrific.No Hd makeup nor any air brush makeup she uses a fan to air dry your make up .Her makeup looks so caky on your face . She took a huge amount of 25000 from me for that rubbish makeup which was not worth a penny . She uses fake lashes-for which she doesn't check the size whether it suits your eye type .Her employees are so under trained they dont know how to handle a bridal lehenga . The nail paints they use are of local brands that discoloured my nails completely and even after months of my marriage i am unable to recover my nail colour . They tore the can can of my lehenga and made it a miserable memory for me. They took so many pictures of mine and dint send me a single one even after requesting them so many times on call to which they answered that there data has been removed from their disk . Total fake people. I cancelled my reception makeup with her their by saving an amount of 25000. This girl deserves all the hate from my side as she spoiled my most important day . I request all the brides to kindly not fall in her trap .My ratings 0.5 are even more for her she deserves no less than a zero or minus. She even grabbed 3000 extra from my sister for party makeup that costed around 7000 on addition of some hair clips. You can imagine how she befools you. Girls don’t give your hard earned money to this lady beware.

Absolutely rubbish place to get makeup done either for party or bridal. I am giving 0.5 star as there is no option to give zero. Very unprofessional as Sana can’t take feedback from the client whether they are happy with the make up or not. She has I know it all attitude. She can’t contour nor she has any sense to match foundation with the skin tone. I went with my mother for party makeup and my sister was there for the her engagement makeup. Sana did drag queen makeup on all three of us, which we removed completely as soon as we reach back home and redid it ourselves. We were running late for the event so didn’t waste time arguing with her. Sana struggled to differentiate between bronze and gold. Her studio is not ready and lacks basic facilities. She should not accept clients knowing that she can’t offer the service. Hair artists were good and so was the staff who draped the saree. We cancelled all the bookings with her and gave our business to Gitanjali. Whoever wants to book her don’t make the mistake we did, take a make up trial with her first and see if it worth your time and money..
