Despite our high expectations, the experience was marred by rudeness, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. *Difficulty in Getting Deliverables* We had to repeatedly request the photographer to deliver the promised services. He insisted on full payment before sending the pendrive, which we reluctantly paid. However, when we received the pendrive, half of the data was missing. We were then told that the data was corrupted. They failed to deliver on their promises, and their unprofessional behavior, poor quality of work, and lack of attention to detail make them an unreliable choice for any wedding photography needs. *Unprofessional Payment Demands* While sending deliverables, they demanded full payment as if we were not going to do it. Despite our reservations, we made the full payment, hoping to receive our edited videos and photos. *Missed Candid Moments* They failed to capture our candid moments as they were not present near the bride or groom. We saw them roaming here and there. We had to call them to get us clicked. *Poor Editing* However, we still had to struggle to get our fully edited videos. The final edited video was just a mere sequence of merged videos, lacking any creativity or effort. We had to provide explicit instructions for every minor detail, which was frustrating. Despite our efforts, the final output was not satisfactory. *Failure to Deliver Edited Pictures* To add insult to injury, the photographer refused to provide the edited pictures. When my father called him to request the edited pictures, he bluntly stated that he wouldn't give them to us. *Rude Behavior* They have been very rude throughout. His team was also disrespectful towards our wedding guests and the bride's side photographers. Sarthak Photowala and his team did an incredible job with the photography and videography at our wedding. He was friendly, approachable and very patient and took the time to speak and meet with us beforehand to get to know us and what we were hoping for from the wedding coverage. This made the experience a lot more personal and the team didn't feel obtrusive at the events in any way. Our families loved the final results and so did we. Despite us being rather camera shy, they were able to capture all the little candid moments and important people in an organic way that we loved. It was a pleasure working with all of the team members, everyone is super chill, hardworking, easy-going fellows who are very passionate about their work and their work truly speaks for them. We contacted them via instagram and were considering a lot of options altogether but I am extremely happy we found the right people, they made our wedding nothing less than a fairly-tale, even though our venues were not as good but the photos are superb, cannot explain much in words of they have done for us, it is way beyond our imagination and yes they have definitely made our day :)
