Very very very bad experience. We hired them for coordination services- they lacked ownership left right and centre. Very low accountability and I ended up paying more to my vendors cos of their lack of communication. Instead of sending experiences people, they sent two interns who had zero experience on navigating or coordinating the task. The founder- Himanshi- was never available and we got a lot of complaints from guests as well for their lack of management in room allocations. All the pressure was just one person- Riddhima- and naturally was overwhelmed thereby performing inefficiently unintentionally.

Satin Hues did a very shoddy, half baked work for Decor at our wedding. We 1. Incomplete Deliverables ⁩ We had categorically discussed that the mandap should be large enough for us to do varmala as well, and should be at a height with a step. They ended up creating one with no platform whatsoever. Satin hues reused the previous wedding’s mandap platform instead which was a very low elevated platform, with no step at all. Because of this, we ended up having to do the varmala exchange on the grass in the last minute, which ruined what was supposed to be a very memorable moment for us. 2. ⁠Poor time management and lack of professionalism The only thing that went wrong in our entire three day wedding was poor time management on Satin Hues’ part. I had shared the flow of events with time mentioned, much in advance. Yet it was ignored, and there was a delay of 1.5 hours in completing the Haldi decor. Same was the case with wedding decor. It was late by 2 hours. All our timelines went for a toss because Satin Hues was behind time. We couldn’t verify if everything was on point, and ended up with poor deliverables. All our other vendors, photography, makeup, tivoli everyone delivered as per expectation. But our experience with Satin Hues was sub par, and not at all value for money, leaving aside the stress and anxiety induced on us. Because of all this, they single handedly managed to ruin our otherwise perfect wedding. Despite all this, I didn’t receive a single word of apology from Himanshi, who was mainly coordinating from satin hues. Instead she ensured that she receives her complete payment before our wedding rituals started. Please do not go ahead with Satin Hues. Highly unprofessional and have zero regards towards customer expectation.

I contacted them for my wedding planning and management. They are very unprofessional. Himanshi for 2 days straight up told me she will do my event then she bulldozed me at the end by saying that she can’t do it because she has got other bookings after she gave her commitment. They are a very small and unprofessionally run business if you’re looking for a cheaper and unprofessional alternative you should definitely go with them.

The personal touch by Himanshi was really great, too—team members were really helpful and friendly, even though they had a lot of other events going on at the same time.
