Seven Mantra Films

Seven Mantra is nothing short of a disaster, grossly overcharging for subpar services. We paid 6 lakh rupees to them for 3 day + half day post wedding event and what we got in return was absolute crap. A HUGE MISTAKE hiring them. They promised us a director, but what a joke – no one directed anything. One of the partners (Nikita) made us pay for her travel for our wedding claiming to be the director, but did ABSOLUTELY nothing. They completely ignored our requirement which was for a documentary-style film. But they didn’t even take interviews of the bride and groom, forget anyone else. The bride and groom had to stop their dinner to wake up the literally sleeping camera team and remind them that they had FORGOTTEN TO TAKE THE BRIDE AND GROOM’S PICTURES! They had the audacity to leave without a word during the vidai because they had another wedding to go to so we basically have almost no footage of the vidaai. The footage we received was a complete mess – overexposed, blurry, and just plain amateur. The worst part? They didn't connect the microphones to their cameras for our vow ceremony. So we have no clear audio of our vows. The final edits were a throwback to tacky 90s wedding videos, with horrendous transitions and editing. Trying to get in touch with the “directors” (Nikita and Sneha) for any editing discussions was a nightmare; they'd cancel at the last minute, leaving us with their clueless editor. In the end, we realised these guys were hopeless and told them to get lost. We ended up fixing the mess ourselves and took no deliverables from them. Thank God we have the skills and resources in audio and video editing. Seriously, avoid these clowns at all costs. They sweet-talk you until they get your money, and then they're ghosts.

The Biggest Regret was Choosing Seven Mantra as a Photographer for my Wedding.They met us and took the booking amount of 50k way before our wedding that is 6 months ago, which is fine we thought they would provide the best service,Just few days before the wedding they said we won't be able to provide drone shots its not mentioned in the contract which was not true as it was already mentioned in the contract that they needed permission from the resort or the hotel to shoot the drone shots..but as a professional photographer isn't your responsibility to explain this before that though we have mentioned it in the contract that we need permission still we wont shoot your drone shots you need to pay extra.we were ready to pay extra if it was mentioned earlier but we did'nt knew that for drone shots an extra amount has to be paid because we have came across alot of photographers but no one had mentioned to us, instead they started stating you wont belive now we quote so much from our clients and we are still doing your wedding because you paid advanced way before.excuse me! we paid the amount what you quoted in the contract and you agreed to that then only you took our wedding"No one agrees in taking up a wedding if they think they are in loss.Whenever they asked for the money we paid on the same day. They promised they would be there at our wedding to direct everything properly but instead she sent an another person stating she would now be the Director for our wedding but that person did'nt knew anything about photography and was not familiar with whatever was ongoing there and to be honest she was not from her team as well.It feels very bad to go through all this on your big day after paying a huge amount. Secondly none of my pictures quality was good, This could be justified as they also don't think the pictures are good and thats y never posted on Gram Yes some of the photographers we good i would never deny that ,just 5-10 pictures from my whole wedding..we paid a huge amount to them not for the quality they provided..They clearly discriminate among their customers.I won't suggest any middle class customers to hire them because they treat you very badly with no professionalism. None of my pictures videos were delivered to us on time.

We had the best experience with Seven Mantra Films! From the beginning, Sneha and Nikita have made it a priority to communicate with us. They made sure they understood exactly what we wanted and they delivered beyond our expectations- just magical! We are very happy with our pictures, videos and small reels- the best way to remember this special day in our lives. Sneha and Nikita were involved and supported us throughout the event as much as possible- their friendly nature and sincere care adds a lovely touch to our experience with them. A friendly team that goes above-and-beyond with genuine care for the output of their shooting, I would say that is rather unique! Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends (who have already been complimenting their work as well!) Thank you guys <3

We were amazed by the photos and videos Team SMF has produced. We especially loved our wedding video along with the teaser and highlights video. They have indeed made our wedding day memorable for the rest of our lives. This team is very talented and are spot on with their deliverables. No professional Service. Late Delivery, Poor quality work.

The service was not up to mark as it was promised. Their service felt like my other sibling's marriage was covered best in quality and should have appointed them only made a mistake by contacting seven mantras, I will not recommend Seven Mantras for people looking for Professionalism.
