I am Aadya, from the Wedding of Aadya & Pranjal that happened on 16th & 17th Feb, 2025, I got my wedding planned from Shaadi Bandobast, and they did not match my expectations at all. Right from the time, they got their 1st payment, they started manipulating our thoughts and decisions regarding Venue, Caterer, etc. They were the least enthusiastic bunch of people I have met, specially Sarthak. I kept asking for transparency from Day1, they never provided with transparent communication, and kept doing fake promises. I had asked for few things I really wanted and none of it happened, live wedding painter - they just kept postponing the thought till the point we got so busy that we forgot about it, mirror on entry pathway, flower cones, and lots of other things. Whenever any mishap happens, instead of trying to fix it or suggesting solutions, they’ll blame it back on you or other vendors. We had to spent lakhs of extra money to manage the event just because Sarthak & Deepanshi were so casual in planning. They always have a laid back attitude, that ho jayega, and when it doesn’t happen, first they’ll point the mistake back on you, and after hours of arguments, say sorry, and get you on a hefty loss. There are so many things that went wrong, I will note down a few, so that others don’t fall in the trap that I did: 1. No transparency regarding payments 2. Attempts to hijack payment opportunities to get there cut 3. No live painters even after so manu requests 4. Bride & Groom had to stay on their tows to manage the event entirely, and they were drinking alcohol in their car during event, which was irresponsible max behaviour 5. Eating lunch even before 50% of our guests 6. No plan for staying in the initial budget, just giving false hopes always, budget was 2X of initial decided budget 7. Creating a negative aura in front of family & relatives 8. Being so irresponsible, that even the smallest things like arranging an induction takes 2hrs+ 9. Destroying the engagement cake, that we asked them to pick up. 10. Booking porter for things, that they have to get picked responsibly and then blaming it on porter 11. Entire team not picking up calls at night 12. Trying to hijack all major payment opportunities 13. Not planning for things ahead & stressing out the bride & groom at last moment 14. Fake promises and guarantees at every step casually. 15. All my relatives & close family who saw us managing things, or were working closely with planners gave negative reviews. 16. Just want to earn commission at every opportunity available. Shaadi Bandobast is a wedding planning company run by two immature, unprofessional Kanpur kids with zero work ethics who think they know a lot, but the reality is far from it.

Next there are no ethics and procedure followed. 5. The villas which were booked by us.The key couldn’t be presented at the wedding day .Our guests had to wait long and so long . 6. At last I would like to mention please hire a team who is matured and have some work ethics. They will keep offering you services such as decorator, mehendi artist, makeup artist,Bar setup etc. [Few can be non-competitive as well ]at higher costs and when we’ll search the rates available in the market or when we have reached to the other vendors available they were offering at lower cost. 7. There was no cold fire and minimal usage of color bombs even though we have paid and planned for it . All the events decoration were perfectly done and it really seemed as if the pictures had been brought to live.
