We had a difficult experience working with this decorator. They did not fulfill many of our requirements. More importantly, a lot of the elements were poorly fitted and were posing a hazard: unstable steps to stages, missing steps for the mandap, many exposed nails, leftover hammers and tools on the stage/mandap,lingering wires. When we reached out and tried to have these issues addressed, we got rude and abusive responses from this vendor. Many of my family members said the vendors were "rough" and rude in their behaviour. I'd say...steer clear of these people if you want a peaceful event.
