Here's a comprehensive account of the myriad issues I faced: Adverse Skin Reactions and Unapproved Changes: I booked HD bridal make-up for all seven functions, but after just two sessions, their products caused severe reactions on my sensitive skin, leading to peeling. Instead of seeking my approval, they unilaterally switched to airbrush make-up, citing my skin type as the reason. Hidden Costs and Poor Quality Accessories: On day two, I was informed that airbrush make-up came with a hefty 5k extra charge per session. Despite my burning and uncomfortable skin, I reluctantly agreed to two more sessions for my engagement and wedding make-up. Additionally, the colored lenses used in the sangeet make-up were of extremely poor quality, breaking into pieces in my eye during removal. Groom's Negative Feedback and Make-up Corrections: The groom expressed dissatisfaction with both Haldi and engagement make-up, stating that I looked nothing like myself. This led to my bridesmaids having to step in to correct the loud make-up and create a more natural look. The added brooch to my hairstyle also failed to stay in place, coming off within 30 minutes. Despite their commitment to another session the next day, they wanted to settle the payment immediately. Frustrated, I insisted on receiving detailed billing via email before proceeding. It was ridiculous. Way off the roof prices and even after paying 20k. The results were astonishingly filthy. It’s like she made me look worse than my natural self. She didn’t put on make up properly, didn’t have choices for eye lashes and stuck on something that didn’t suit my face at all. Saree wasn’t worn properly and wasn’t even ironed. They arrived late and with family. It’s very sad that my most special day was ruined, because since childhood I wished I would look the most beautiful bride one day when I get married, and the exact opposite happened because of her. It’s hurtful, heartbreaking, and unforgivable because I won’t be marrying again just to look FAB.
