Shanu Deep Photography

It has been 15 months since our wedding, and the photographer has still not delivered the complete content that was promised within 3–4 months. His conduct has been extremely unprofessional throughout — many key moments and family members were not even covered, and there was absolutely no creativity or effort from his side. The same-day Instagram reels he promised were never delivered. After 11 months, he demanded full payment claiming he would release all data and when I requested to share pictures whether everything is done or not, he even threatened to delete everything if payment wasn’t made immediately. Despite initiating the last installment which was barely 20% of the total amount which was o be paid after all the deliverables, it has now been another 5 months of constant calls and messages with no response as he is virtually impossible to reach. There were countless promises for the wedding functions, but he failed to deliver even the basic deliverables. I strongly advise others to think twice as I would not recommend him for anyone’s wedding.

Recommended for:

Good for prewedding photoshoot, but really bad for covering the entire marriage function. No time commitment and doesn’t have sense to put together a good wedding video and albums

Shanu is best ever I have ever gone through by being absolutely transparent in his way and work to make it run smoothly. He is smart enough in choosing the places for the wedding couple to make it memorable for lifetime. He is talented and detail oriented being very responsible from business point of view.
