Really disappointed with the services provided by Mr Abhishek from Sharpshotz. When we were trying to book him for our event he was always available and sounded really promising. So we went ahead and booked him and paid him the full amount as per their policy on the day of the event. On the day of our event it looked like he called a bunch of local photographers and made it look like a team whereas they were not.But the mental torture that followed post our event to receive the photos was unbearable. He suddenly vanished and was unresponsive to any of our texts and calls. It was so traumatic and it always us who had to chase him. We even thought of filing a POLICE COMPLAINT. Eventually after almost 6 months we did receive our pictures which were average and way below our expectations. We had given up on him so badly that we dint even feel like contacting him for the album that was part of our package. Beware before you go ahead with them. #TRAUMATISED CLIENT

We did not have a good experience with this photography service. Not only were the final pictures below our expectations, we were also subject to extremely unprofessional behavior. For more than a week after the event, we received no response to our messages or requests for a receipt or some sample images that we could share immediately. After being told about the hold up in communications due to an emergency travel, we were provided the raw images immediately. And were told that we will receive the processed images by January 17. Not only was this promised timeline not met, but it began a series of unprofessional actions - where either assurances of "I will share in a couple of days" were not met repeatedly or our follow-up messages were not responded to. We finally received our processed images 23 days after the assured date, after repeatedly sending message after message. To our disappointment, the images were not as well processed as what we expected based on their social media profile/portfolio. Additionally, we were given roughly 130 images less than the number of processed images we had been promised in the contract. It all truly felt like someone had rushed through the final edit process out of a desire to just get it over with - given the delays in timeline. Upon calling out some of the unprofessionalism in terms of the communication, we were spoken back to extremely rudely and gaslit instead. As customers who paid in advance for services, we did not expect to be the ones having to follow up on due dates. Delays are always a possibility in real life for any service; we would have understood that. Yet not once were we informed about any of these delays in advance; we were informed of them days later only after we repeatedly messaged. We strongly recommend that in the case you decide to avail this service, please put down a due date for images in the pre-event contract itself or potentially agree to stagger payments till all processed images are received.

Shart Shotz Photography did a good job capturing our event, with a keen eye for detail and quality in each shot. The final images were well-crafted, showcasing their skills and creativity. However, they struggled with punctuality and were delayed in delivering the final photos, which required some follow-up. If you’re willing to wait a bit longer for quality work, Shart Shotz can deliver beautiful results.

Very Unprofessional and rude. This guy CONTACTED ME AFTER DEAL WAS OFF to accuse me and saying I wasted his time. Dude even I took time from my work to meet you. Once the deal is off you are supposed to delete my number and not contact again. When you go for a interview and don't get a job do you rudely message the recruiter that they wasted your time and accuse them. This guy messaged me even after our deal was off making personal remarks like I had budget issue and that I used his quote for discount with other photographers. I was very polite with you but you said these hurtful things. Dude do you really think people will give discount looking at your quote. If so I would have shown you someone else's quote to get discount from you. So don't do these false accusations next time. A customer has all the rights to get quotes from different vendors and decide for themselves. You have no right to get personal with them. Learn some work ethics first. You couldn't digest the fact that someone can not like your work. I really liked the work and wanted to book but my family members didn't liked it and pointed out some crucial red flags due to which I didn't booked. I even politely called off the deal didn't accused you of anything. 1. No office address given : I asked for office address he gave me 3 location out of which I selected one. Instead of calling me to office He asked to meet in a cafe. He told me the quote but didn't provided the details in written so next day I asked for the quote. 2. Asked for complete payment on wedding day. Usually every photographer I met ask for small 80-90% on wedding and rest after receiving pics. After your rudness I told you how can I trust with full payment on wedding day without getting any material. You didn't gave office address and I don't see any pic of your office on Google also. Please get off your high horses and learn some work ethics. Stop contacting clients after rejection. If you were in a organisation I would have reported you to HR.
