Online shopping with Sheetal Batra is a disaster. The gold lace was disjointed which is not even expected from a street vendor. The return policy is unresponsive as despite reminders the same is not done. I am stuck with bad clothing costing more than Rs 30,000/- . Extremely bad finishing and no custome care. Please beware.

So I bought a gift voucher worth 15,000 from Sheetal Batra in September, shared the details of the person ..till now ie November the gift has still not reached her, they do not respond to the either text or call. Am going to file a FIR against this fraud. Anyone else who has had the same experience?

Had a really bad experience with them. Bought three outfits from them. The size of one was not ok. Contacted them within ten minutes of delivery and they said that their policy for there is a no exchange policy for international customers which is incorrect as the website only referred to no return policy for international customers. Tried to reason with customer service but they simply did not want to help. Wasted a lot of time with them. I would advise international customers to be very careful before they buy an expensive dress from here. The customer service was only helpful until I placed the order. In the end it felt like they were mocking me. If it was up to me, I would give them 0.

If I could give a rating I would give them a 0 . On their website they post that within India if you order it happens within 4 days but it's all lies . After taking payment and confirming your order there is no further update . Today after giving the order number I had to call atleast 5 to 6 times as a person named Tanuja didn't tell me when I will receive my outfit . Finally when I told her if I don't get an update in the next 5 minutes I will write a bad review she immediately tells me the number of days to deliver is 15 days . A very frustrating experience and I would advise anybody who doesn't want stress in their life avoid placing order with these guys . There are so many reputed designers and no shortage in India .
