I had booked marriage makeup for 3 people for 3 occasions on 8th and 9th July. While work done was very good, the artist lacked professionalism. Unfortunately I had to cancel 5 of them due to family situations which she protested as if it cant happen! I had to apologize to her many times for canceling the bookings, she got 17,650(out of 24,000) for doing just 4 makeups out of 9. Still she harassed me by constantly calling while I was attending the ceremonies and endless texting for paying her 1500+150 for a flimsy hair accessory. I paid 12000 advance and expected her to adjust any pending amount from that. Her young age is not reflected her work but surely does in her client dealing. I could not attend to her constant callings over phone and she knew i was attending my sisters marriage ceremonies for which she used immature allegations, name calling. One should understand makeup is a part of an important occasion like marriage not more important than the ceremony. She expected us to adjust with ceremonies but get makeup done somehow. Clients pay advance(in this case 50%) for any such cancellations or other contingencies etc. Still made me pay 1650 more unnecessary as if thise are cancellation charges or charges for waiting for clients. Went by the good google reviews but I regret now. Very bad experience. Very immature, won't recommend. Attaching pics to substantiate my ordeal and her 'client friendly' behavior. -Khushboo Ratre
