Very disappointing experience. Before booking, I spoke with them on WhatsApp and was told bridal mehndi with figures would cost around ₹8,000–₹11,000, based on the sample photos they shared. However, when the artist arrived at my event, they immediately quoted ₹17,000 for half hands with only two figures. Although the backs of my hands were covered, the design itself was very basic and not bridal-level work. It looked similar to the simple mehndi they were doing for other guests and did not match the detailed bridal designs shown in their photos. The work also felt quite choppy. There were also major pricing discrepancies for guests. On WhatsApp I was told mehndi for relatives would be around ₹800 per person, but at the event they quoted ₹3,000 per person. To make matters worse, the person I had been communicating with was not present at the event, so there was no accountability for what had been discussed earlier. Since this was my wedding event, I couldn’t change artists last minute. Instead, we had to spend almost an hour arguing and negotiating the final cost for the entire mehndi function. Although the price eventually came down somewhat, it still added unnecessary stress and took time away from the event. Overall, the pricing was very misleading and the quality did not match what was promised. I strongly recommend confirming exact pricing and design coverage in writing beforehand.

They were highly unprofessional in their conduct. I strongly do not recommend them, as they want their money on time, but they themselves have no signs of showing up and when contacted numerous times they come late. The people they send for the function also don't come even decently dressed, totally casual t shirts and untidy pants. Not trustworthy at all. Nor does the person who handles this coordinate with others with regards to the venue location. We had to explain them the location 10 times on the day of function even though they were pre informed well in advance. Totally a miss. The 1 star I am rating them for is bridal mehendi design which they did.. however even that has come off alot after 3 - 4 days from the day of application ! Not natural henna for sure
