Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering this was my wedding day. To begin with, the team arrived late, and I had to repeatedly follow up with them on the morning of my wedding. As a bride, the last thing you should have to worry about is chasing your makeup artist. It caused me a great deal of unnecessary anxiety and stress. The biggest issue, however, was the makeup itself. Within about 20 minutes of entering the venue, it had almost completely melted due to sweating. Given the Mumbai heat and the timing of the event, I expected the team to use products and techniques suitable for such conditions, including long-wear, waterproof makeup. Instead, the makeup failed almost immediately, which was incredibly disappointing. The hairstyling was equally unsatisfactory. My hair appeared to have been simply combed through rather than properly blow-dried or styled. It lacked volume, polish, and longevity, and looked nothing like what I had expected for my wedding day. Overall, this experience added unnecessary stress to one of the most important days of my life. Thankfully, my family stepped in and completely redid my makeup, otherwise I would have had to attend my own wedding with makeup that had already broken down. I understand that delays and unforeseen challenges can happen, but on a wedding day, professionalism, punctuality, and long-lasting makeup are non-negotiable. Sadly, my experience fell far short of expectations, and I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Shivani is a very pricey makeup artist and she has total disregard to a bride who extended her budget just to accomodate her prices. On my wedding day she was in a hurry to go to next event and she did not wait until I was completely ready for the event. She did not inform of her next event earlier. She did not correctly place my dupatta on my head due to which it kept coming of during the event coz she was in hurry for the next event. For my haldi I booked her senior artist who came alone for my makeup as well as hair. There was no second person assigned for hair. Had to start my event an hour and half late. Shivani and her mom Kiran Jaiswal (senior artist) just wanted to rush for the next event for my wedding day. Her mom did not do a good hairstyle on both days. Btw just informing shivani charged more than 50000 for two looks which is far higher than the market rates. And If anyone has a budget so high please do not prefer shivani. All in all Shivani is not a perfect choice for weddings. - A frustrated bride
