Disappointing Experience with Shreeram Catering Services I found Shreeram Catering Services through WedMeGood and, after seeing many positive reviews, decided to hire them for my Haldi function, a small gathering of 50 people. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite a smooth initial meeting and negotiations, the decoration team arrived very late, causing significant delays in the event. But the real disappointment was the food. The quality and taste were both subpar, and several family members voiced their dissatisfaction. I was expecting a much better experience based on the reviews, but sadly, Shreeram Catering Services did not meet those expectations for my event.

To begin with, it's really is very difficult to get your Caterer to understand Bengali cuisine and on top of that get them to make Bangali food. May be I was lucky or references do actually work, I hired shree Ram caterers on the recommendations of my didi. They have done their housewarming done through them and guys what an amazing set of preparation I got from them. To tell you upfront, we got at least five six Bengali food items other than the normal north indian food. Highlight of the dishes were - puchka, beguni, sukto, chholar dal and payosh. When we hired them ,our conversation was only via phone.as we live in banglore and function was in noida. Neel was very much available all the time to listening to our needs and in fact he did arranged for our transportation as well. Which is not his area of work. My review is for the catering and decor that we got from shree ram caterers, during our initial meetings with them they were very clear in explaining of what they will do for our function and how will it look. Say, for example, during our functions during the day usage of white or light colour was their idea. And that was against our traditional idea of yellow and red color theme. And when the images came out, they were just wow. Same was the experience with food, every single dish were selected by keeping guest in mind. And everything came out as conceived. So my feedback is, go with them, have multiple rounds of discussion, as many sessions as you want to have the perfect clarity.
