I have attended several weddings where the event organisers are to the point. There are some slippages and mishaps. But for a recent wedding that I attended, all of the arrangements were below par. Everything was so haphazard and poorly organised that I had to ask the groom and bride who were the event organisers…just to warn future friends and family of mine to not use them. A few noticeable mishaps: 1. Poorly coordinated transportation for guests from the airport. All information was provided well in advance but there was no communication what so ever from the event organisers. The bride’s family had to eventually coordinate with me. 2. All the arrangements for the pheras were dirty!! The covers on the guest seats had evident stain marks (on all seats). The stage was flimsy. 3. Music during the first event shut down on several occasions. 4. It was very evident that on the second event, the bride and groom shared a certain format for their entrances. But it wasn’t followed till prompted by the bride and groom. 5. Arrangement for guest rooms were poorly managed. Many guests did not receive their welcome baskets!!! Elementary rookie error which was very embarrassing for the hosts!! 6. The personnel on the event organiser’s front desk was extremely rude and condescending in several occasions!!! These are just a handful of things that I noticed as a guest. I am sure the hosts would have a longer list. I am surprised as to how these guys are still in business.

i am not one to put in a bad review but this one is an exception. Hmm Where do i begin - 1. Sangeet stage on fire. 2. Harassing the couple for payment during the pheras / baraat. 3. Over commit and under deliver. To the point where you feel cheated. 4. Not owning up to their mistakes. 5. Rude, impolite, argumentative project manager who specializes in trash talking and talks like a roadside vendor. Goes by the name of Gurmeet. 6. Agreeing to the budget and then complaining about it. 7. Not having enough runners on ground as promised because they had other events on the same day. 8. All decor elements were nothing as per the ppt shared earlier. It was sad to see the bride and groom in stress the entire time during the wedding because these guys were not doing their job right. I wouldnt want any couple to experience this.

Shree Vinayak Events did the decor for our wedding and i must say they did justice with the venue they really did an amazing job! Whatever he told us he did exactly like that!

I got Kunal reference though a friend and from the first time I spoke to them. They made us feel So comfortable and over the next 8 months we worked like a family every requirement of ours was taken care off and everything we needed was given to us at the right time. Even though we probably changed our minds plenty of times. They always listened to us patiently and made sure the work was done!even during the wedding. They always had a smile on their face and worked very hard to make the wedding so fun and so memorable. 8 months of planning, 10000s what's App massage, calls, meeting, letter -we had 3 days of perfect wedding with a perfect team who is now more like family to us. Hat's off to Kunal .we arranged this wedding in two months only and i met Kunal a month before the wedding, plan the wedding from USA it was not a easy task but Kunal made it happen easy for us.....specially my sister has a list of things to be done on that day . I am happy that she is happy with all arrangements .specially there decorating team was amazing. They did a fabulous job. Choosing shree vinayak event as my wedding planner was the best decision ever... They will become your family.. I still remember 4 month prior to my wedding kunal Who managed my wedding told me that rakhi you will cry at your vidaai hugging me as well and yes it did happen... They are worth each penny... My complete family thourghly enjoyed the wedding just because they took our tensions and headaches... They are such a hard working team that words are not enough Special thanks to Luna, my wedding manager... He is THE BESH!!! this is a personal suggestion to all the brides who will read my review that if you want yourself And your family to enjoy the wedding festivities please hire a wedding planner and shree vinayak events pvt. Ltd is very very highly recommend with no biases... Each one of them are super duper good....
