Very calm and composed person with excellent knowledge of her work. She did my make up for 4 events during my wedding and still managed to curate different looks for each one. Attention to detail and understanding your choice is her specialty. Her air brush make was amazing, wasn't looking extra, stayed for 12 hrs+ during April wedding with lot of dancing going on. Recommend 10/10.

I totally recommend Shubina! She did an absolutely amazing job on both my sister and me. Our makeup was flawless, and we felt so confident and beautiful the entire time. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also one of the sweetest people I’ve met! Her team is equally amazing—so warm, welcoming, and professional. The whole experience was truly a joy. This makeup artist turned our special day upside down, I would always hate her for that! An hour before the bride’s entry, she paused the makeup, said she was contacted for limited hours only, and doing other people it's already time up! She even started demanding extra payments & targeting the bride instead of contacting the person who booked her (her brother and father). She refused a lot of what was agreed upon, stating I can't and I won't - after flushing cash on her face even, the bridal video recoding which she was supposed to do- she denied the same! Pressure us into paying More and More for anything anyone mentioned! and kept citing vague charges like special meals and borrowed tools, etc. Her attitude was unprofessional and stressful.

Shubina did a superb job. Before proceeding, she discussed my look, skin type, preferences and bang on delivered what I wanted. She also had a steam press handy which was a real help! Definitely recommend her for any of your makeup needs. Will be in touch with her for any future engagement.

Beware of unprofessional behavior that can ruin a bride's special day. Our experience with this makeup artist turned out to be a nightmare, causing unnecessary stress and additional charges on the wedding day. -- I was referred to this makeup artist through a friend's photographer team (the team itself was amazing, BUT this referral was a disaster). -- This makeup artist made the bride cry an hour before her entry—a moment that should have been joyful and stress-free. After completing half the bridal makeup, she suddenly demanded additional payments, claiming unpaid dues and extra expenses. Instead of contacting the person who hired her, she targeted the bride directly, who was already under immense pressure. To make matters worse, she even recorded the bride crying and used the video to blackmail us into paying three times the agreed amount, adding vague charges like meal preferences (despite sitting in middle of a marriage) & borrowing makeup tools by bride's mother. Her attitude was highly unprofessional—she refused to eat the meals provided at the wedding and charged exorbitantly for her personal preferences. She even billed us for borrowing a brush, equating it to the cost of a hairstyling session! I usually don't write reviews, but this experience compelled me to create a profile and share my story. After doing so, I noticed other similar complaints about her behavior. My advice: get every detail in writing upfront and ensure you have clear agreements. Also, allocate a separate room to avoid misunderstandings—things went missing, and her attitude left us doubting her intentions. Lastly, never hire her for a destination wedding. Her and her team’s demands make it feel like there are multiple brides to handle, and you’ll spend more time managing her tantrums than enjoying your big day. Please think twice before booking her, and protect your special day from this kind of stress!

I had an awesome experience with my go-to makeup artist. I love her work! She did my bridal makeup, and I couldn't take my eyes off. I'll always choose her whenever I need my makeup done.

Very unresponsive. Had taken an online class from her and she never got back to the queries. She was very responsive until the payment was made. Also she tends to overbook during wedding season.
