Honestly… words won’t do justice to how incredible our experience with Shutterdown was—but here’s my best shot: From day one, the team was an absolute vibe. Not just fun and super chill to be around, but also crazy professional. They knew when to hype us up, when to disappear into the background, and when to take charge like total pros. Before I was hitched I knew that I want shutterdown to film my wedding. I loved there work and concept . But Chosing them was a very wrong decision . They messed up all photography and videography of my wedding . They did not capture the video bytes from the groom and brides parents for the video . No couple photo with the hashtag . No solo photo of bride or group with their parents or siblings in the entire Sangeet and wedding ceremony Did not make clear dance performance videos of the families and friends stating that they didn’t have the audio files .( it’s their duty to ask the event team to give it to them from the choreographer) They being in the industry for long did not take care of the minute small details .they did not coordinate well with the event management team . Whereas I the bride ,myself had to explain them to give a person with the couple To capture the photos . I had to tell them the mistakes and glitches they made during the entire wedding functions . For me my wedding was supposed to be the special day of my life , but they ruined it . I spoke to the entire shutteedown team and each one of them agreed to the mistakesqdw and just had Sorry to say . I told Lakshay that he needs to reimburse me the entire money I spent after giving such bad service and zero satisfaction or offer me free photoshoot . To which they never replied I would never recommend them to anybody .

We got married on 30th of July 2021, our wedding had to be postponed due to the second wave of Covid. The venue was also moved from Agra to Delhi. Before the lockdown the only prep that had been done was my bridal outfits. Rest everything was done within 25 days of the wedding. The entire credit for pulling off this huge feat goes to my mom, Kulsharan Chhabra, and my sister, Kavya Singh Chhabra. Both of them worked day and night with Aanchal (The Millennial Bridesmaid) and the rest of the vendors to make sure everything was perfect to the T. I had always wanted a grand but intimate wedding but never thought intimate was possible in a big fat punjabi setup. But due to the guest restrictions, I ended up getting my dream wedding. The only people there were our closest family and friends and the amount of love that Uday and I felt in those 2 days is unexplainable. I have never felt such a myriad of emotions as I did on these 3 magical days. Each moment was filled with so much laughter and joy that none of us wanted the celebrations to end! Source

I saw Lakshya's work online and one picture clicked by him was all I needed to see the difference between him and the rest. I wanted Lakshya to cover my prewedding and wedding both from day 1 but he was already booked for my wedding. So we just did the prewedding. He was really open to all the ideas and willing to listen to what I wanted. We had initially finalised Srinagar but then opted for Kochi. We would run from one spot to another and spend hours on the road. He and his team work really hard to get that one perfect shot and that's what makes them totally worth it. I have a set of 50 pictures and I LOVE all of them. He has a really great sense of the different angles of light and How to use it. And plus his humour and willingness to work at all the odd hours really tops it all. He is someone you will get along with from the first minute you see him. Had a mad and an awesome time. I didn't really meet lakshay for an event-vendor occasion but rather got a chance to see his great photography tech skills at a styling meet organised by WedMeGood, at a couture bridal wear showroom in green park, back in November 2015. While trying on some outfits, and drooling over them in the mirror twirling around in a bubble of my own world, Lakshay was there clicking some amazing photos. What a brilliant guy to talk to, ask him questions and he's always with a smile. <p>Lakshya made me very comfortable, most of the time he made himself invisible while clicking the pictures! Which was very kind of him , and I could be the way I wanted to be without feeling too self conscious.</p>

<p>Well, it's little late but its important to appreciate the beautiful work done by this guy...we contacted many photographers,some were over budget some we were not convinced with..but the moment we saw Lakshya's work and spoke to him..it took us just 2 second to go ahead with him..his work was not just appreciated by us but when friends, relative, people saw the pictures,they complimented his work so much that they took his number for their booking and also sent appreciation messages to us to pass to him.The best thing in him is.. he is not at all money seeker...the way he approaches you is more like a family rather than a typical professional. We had a destination wedding in Chandigarh but then also no tantrums ,no flaunts..Laksh is very easy to work with .All you have to do is just have to keep faith on him and leave all the rest to him. Lakshya words are less but loved your work..keep up the good work..!!! :)</p>

<p>When we asked Lakshya what time do we meet for the pre-wedding shoot, he said 6am, and we said ?NO-WAY?. But somehow he managed to drag us to this place called The Perfect Location and it was a beauty! There were different coloured walls, crazy sets, some insane props and an amazing family who handled it! We chose around 6 back-drops to start off the shoot! We started off with Lakshya?s favourite ? Purple Shutter and boy-o-boy, that was one crazy laughter riot! Lakshya mad us laugh like maniacs managed to capture some insane shots. Post that we thought of a pillow fight shot at a picnic setup! This was followed by a colored wall backdrop, swings, and even an old school Mercedes . Even though our theme was fun, me and Nikhil wanted a very cute picture with a little bit of cheese. So we ended the shoot with a beautiful set (They call it The wall of passion) It was glowing with bulbs and a very rustic backdrop!</p>

He captured such beautiful moments without being obtrusive and making me go here and there for photos which is usually so annoying.
