never go to them for makeup. They spoiled my shoot by doing the worst makeup ever possible. For some like on insta they edit my no makeup face and make that picture horrible… when I asked the photographer why you did this he told me for a transformation we have to do that...they all are bloody fake and it a suggestion never go on her Academy.

I had her booked for my sister’s wedding. She’s the worst artist you can choose. If one has to ruin someone’s wedding, pls go ahead and book her. We had our appointment with her at 9 for which she came at 11 and did the most horrendous make up in just 10 mins, the make up for which we paid 40k. We chose air Brush makeup which was not used, applied the cheapest quality makeup and on top of that misbehaved and threatened us of removing it. Staff is just the same, hiding her misdeeds, why? As they have families to feed. We still regret on our decision. I would have even attached a video on her illiterate way of speaking, but I wish not to do so as it’s a social platform and do not want to highlight ourselves. It seemed as if I have come to a brothel where this woman rules and doesn’t give a heck to people’s special day or sentiments. This is a request to every person to not ever book her, and in any case you want to, pls do it for somebody you loathe and not your kins. She and her studios have no level and a disgrace to makeup artists. I have lost all faith in such artists and would think numerous times before booking one. I got my bridal makeup done by shweta gaur a few years ago and I was extremely disappointed with her behaviour. First of all, she came late to her own studio. She charged extra for everything, even for a simple hairdo, she charged 2000 whereas hairstyling is supposed to be included in the makeup. For lashes she took extra money, no makeup artist does this. I again went to her studio to get curls one day and she hired juniors who don’t even know how to hold tongs, that stylist literally ripped my hair from the scalp while trying to curl them with a bloody straightener. I kept telling that stylist to use a tong, but he didn’t listen. He was a fresher and she had kept them on jobs for practising on clients, they charged 2000 for simple open curls, paying this much wouldn’t have had pinched me if the curls stayed, the moment I left her studio the curls opened. This is absurd and absolutely ridiculous to open a studio and have such a behaviour and staff. Horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get services done by her. Unprofessional and behaves rudely.

Everyone loved the makeup and the hairdo Shweta and her team did for me plus she informed each and everything what she did and why she did she gave me a contrast eye makeup to my wine coloured Lehenga. Secondly I had never applied makeup so she did give me a boost of moral since I was nervous plus I regretted as to why did I not book her for my wedding makeup too. All in all she is amazing and her work is budget friendly ❤️

Shweta and her team were very supportive from the start. I was working in Miami at that time. They organized phone meetings with me while I was in Miami, to understand my expectations with the look. Being South Indian, I wanted to do an ethnic kanjeevaram saree bridal look. Her team researched on it and helped me a great deal to put my look together. People still ask me about who did my make up.

0 star rating. wish the system could have negative rating so that I would have given this parlor -100. They are worst people I have ever met. They are 100% fake people. Worst makeup, worst management, worst people and worst behavior. Even after confirmating at least 20 times with 5-6 people (Sonia, Sakshi, Dipika etc.) that our makeup is booked at Preet Vihar branch. They changed the slot 1 day before the event saying that shweta would be busy in safdurgunj so please come to safdurgunj branch. for us it was 2 hrs journey to reach shweta gaur from home and 2 hrs journey from shweta gaur to our venue. that was around 4-5 hrs only travelling.. which was not planned at all. but since sonia said that it would be good for you to come to safdurgunj we thought that they are not trustworthy people so we should go to sagdurgunj to avoid any tension on the main day. on the main day because of traffic we already reached late when we reached the venue.. sonia was on the counter we asked sonia to arrange the staff so that we can be get released in 1.5 hrs.. since we were supposed to travel another 2 to 2.5 hrs after makeup. but she asked to complete the full payment first then we will start the makeup. My 10 -15 minutes were by then wasted on counter for completing payment after calculation. then 1 lady took me to room and after changing my dress I was taken to Shweta's room. where shweta started taking my video without my permission. i was already in a hurry but she did not pay any attention to my worry. even after i refused them to take my pics n videos she continued to take it. she did makeup very badly and her whole attention was in taking pics and videos. even when i asked her to complete it as fast as possible she was busy in eating something. I was just crying and was hopeless about how would I reach the venue on time. the makeup she did was very bad. after the makeup i was send to a room for hair style. where the man took around 1 hr .. it was already 2 hrs I spent in parlor and i was highly worried. i just rushed to room for draping. there was only 1 lady available for draping for 4 clients. she did not drape the chunni correctly. even though it was their task to apply nail paint n bindi, i was asking other lady to atleast apply nail paint n bindi but they all were busy in taking pics n videos. i did not even went to shweta for final touch up. and just ran to my car. with that heavy dress i was supposed to go downstairs 2 floors. no one was there to help us.. they were least worried n were busy in taking photos for their fake advertisements. seriously i have never seen such fake n unprofessional people in my life. when i reached venue n saw myself in mirror the lipstick was not good. the draping was not at all fine. my hairstyle was also not upto the mark. these people are highly unethical and rude. please never ever trust them. their advertisements are all fake. they get good reviews only from their students (which might be fake) otherwise they are not good at all.

She listens to you carefully and creates your makeup look with all your given instructions. She also ensures comfort throughout the process as well as while carrying the look through the whole event.

Worst make-up artist. Before 10days of my engagement they asked me to change the location of the makeup. And when I ask them for my refund they started ignoring my phone calls. I want to file a complaint against them. Worst person I ever meet. One of the senior employee name as kamalpreet and an employee name as Sonia both are making different stories for changing my location of getting ready. Everybody reading this- just imagine a bride who goes over the edge and book shweta gaur’s makeup in an illusion that she will make her look the best. The bride was waiting right outside their parlour when she gets her call asking her to come to some other location to get the makeup done which would take more than 1hr. Can you imagine a bride reaching late to her venue??? THE MAKEUP WAS BOOKED IN JULY FOR THE JANUARY WEDDING. Can you beat that? (Follow up was being done for the entire month) When the bride told her she can’t come to any other venue In that case she asked her to get the makeup done by some senior artist. Where do I even start! My engagement was in April on a Sunday morning so my mom and I had booked two party make ups, well in advance of the date and paid half the cost as well as booking fees. We even went over a couple of times before the day to discuss the actual look as it was a day look and the only work I’d seen of theirs was super glam night looks. Their make up artist just barely looked up from her phone, uttered “Smokey eyes “ and left the room. Their hair person was nice though but didn’t seem to have a lot of bohemian themed hair do ideas. Can’t really take that against him as he was very open to ideas. I called two days before on the Friday before my ceremony for a final confirmation and was told that since my sister had decided to come for a quick blow dry as well we should reach at 7.30am for a 10am dispatch to the venue. On the day we reached at 7.15am having paid morning charges and all, and waited in the car. 7.30 no one turned up. 8 am no one turned up. So we called their number to check what the scene was. It went to their central system which rang and rang and no one answered. Someone called Shyam sirs number was written at the gate on the wall so we rang that. No answer. Finally around 8.30-8.45am he answered and was super rude. Said he was doing us a favour by even answering our call. Said he won’t help us out. Then finally after being really rude to my mother it’s only when my father stepped in and threatened to sue that he gave us the number of the receptionist who then called a peon/cleaning person and made him open the facility. This was 9am. She kept telling us that the make up artist is in an auto ten minutes away as she lives at walking distance but no one had turned up till 9.30am. It was the worst day of my life. Thank fully, my local beauty parlour at green park had opened by then and they were more than accommodating. In fact went out of the way for us. These people then lied to us about us not taking their calls and after a lot of difficulty returned our initial deposit. That too not on their own my mom had to call them and ask for it over a couple of weeks. DO NOT GET INTO THEIR HONEYED TALES. They are unprofessional people.

As for salon, I am quite a picky person. Nice environment, great service, fair price and most important, people who know what they are doing... I got all of that here.. Shweta made me feel good and gorgeous on my wedding day.. I went without a trial and couldn't have been happier with the results. She has a great eye for colour, patiently listens to your requests and relaxes you with a calm stress-free attitude throughout the process (and my silly worries and freak-out periods).. I was looking the same when night ended without any need of touchup.. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend shweta!

I had seen her work on my SIL and quite liked it, so booked her for my cousin's wedding. Unfortunately she made me look the worst I have ever looked. My dad, who never really comments on how I look, specially told me that I look really bad and my makeup it a bit too much. I personally had a Really Really Bad experience. Apart from Makeup, nobody in the salon helped me drape my lehenga (which was part of the package) and she continously took calls and also attended another client in between my appointment.
