They charged us 50% more than the usual rates, and we agreed, expecting quality service in return. However, their work was chaotic, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. I had to chase them down for even the smallest tasks, and their responses were either slow or non-existent. The worst incident happened on the engagement day, when Mohini made my mother cry over a small pending payment, even though we had agreed to pay after the event. She even threatened to halt the ceremony, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of enhancing our celebration, they added unnecessary stress and drama. Their behavior was rude, inconsiderate, and utterly unprofessional. I cannot recommend Silverslate Events to anyone. They are overpriced, unreliable, and unprofessional.
