Simran Arora Makeovers

Very very bad experience.... i got my bridal makeup done here at simran arora makeovers by ms simran(main mua,the owner) and got really disappointed by her. Although i took trial (chargeable)before finalising my booking still i faced this thing on my D day and i must say trial makeup was far better than my makeup on wedding day. Literally very bad experience as a bride. That was my D day and they spoiled that.

I would like to share my bitter experience with Simran arora makeovers. The package for engagement & wedding was booked on 26 Sept in 42,000/- by my Mother in law. I called them a week prior to confirm the timings as I had to plan accordingly bcoz I was coming from out of station. So for both days I came to Ghaziabad a day prior so that my makeup happens in time and I don't get late. First experience - 19 Nov. Engagement day I called them on 18 Nov. nobody answered. 19 Nov. early morning where I was told to reach by 7am and I reached around 7:30 am, after calling them from 6:30 till 8:00am Finally Ms. Simran came at 8:30am and did my makeup, further spoiling my mood by saying I did not call in the morning where I had already made around 8-10 calls. They had already taken an advance for both days and refused to adjust that payment in the engagement day charges. I did not understand how can someone take booking & then forget the date & time where NO team member was at studio and it was locked, and I waited their with all my stuff outside for more than an hour. I still ignored their mistake only because I liked my final engagement look and did not want to spoil my mood. Second experience - 23 Nov. Wedding day Me and my groom both got ready at their studio, but I regret the decision. I told her twice that the Groom's make-up isn't looking nice, so she did do the base again. No point the results were still pathetic... All our wedding days photos got spoilt because of this experience. NOT Recommended for makeup & nails, it's not about being expensive - but the quality of service they give.

Since the first time I hired her, she has become my favorite makeup artist. I can’t think of anyone else doing my makeup, other than her. She’s good at her work.❤️ I highly recommend her, she is professional and takes care of clients’ needs perfectly.❤️? Such a professional and talented makeup artist I’ve ever hired. ❤️❤️
