I had booked this team for my engagement photography and videography. They arrived on time and did a good job during the event. However, the post-production and delivery experience was extremely disappointing. There was a huge delay in receiving the deliverables. The album was ready only after 7 months, and that too after making repeated calls and constantly following up with them. Even after sharing corrections, they took a long time to implement and resend the updated outputs. We had initially booked them for our wedding as part of a package. However, after our experience with the engagement deliverables, we decided to opt out based on mutual agreement. To their credit, they did help in correcting the traditional video, which we appreciate. We had shared the shortlisted photos for the album in December 2025 this delay was also caused due to their misleading inputs, but the final album was received to their office only on 25th April 2026. Overall, we are very disappointed with their delivery timelines, communication, and handling of client feedback. They seriously need to improve their post-production process and customer interaction.
