Such a highly disappointing and unprofessional service by Snapstories. Despite receiving almost full payment, Rohit failed to deliver the wedding videos and album within the promised timeframe. It has now been more than a year, and we are still struggling in getting our own wedding album. The video that was provided is inaccurate, incomplete, and not as discussed or agreed upon. Repeated follow-ups have gone unanswered, and calls are no longer being picked up, which is completely unacceptable after taking payment. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer respect. We trusted Snapstories with our once-in-a-lifetime memories, and the experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing.

Such an amazing experience we had with Rohit and his team. They were so patient, professional and polite with us. It was a delight to see how they executed everything and ohhh.. it turned out to be the most perfect day for us. I can say it was worth another scroll on Instagram! ?
