A wonderful experience through and through. I went to my best friends' wedding, Aditya and Rashi's team are absolutely amazing, they were courteous, they were professional and I think I'll be friends with them! So lets start with how I met them, being in the fashion industry I met Aditya on a photoshoot where I was doing the styling, we bonded straight away over crazy situations we've faced in the industry! My boyfriend (now husband) hadnt proposed but I had a feeling ;) and I saved Adityas number as my Maybe Photographer (still saved as that). Ill be honest when it came to planning the wedding the minute I called Adi and we met, it was like everything fell into place. I was planning my wedding remotely and the real challenge to find the perfect photographer team for my photo crazy family was a big task that was ahead of me. After speaking to Rashi a few times, the first thing that struck me was the immensely flexible attitude - soft spoken, the ability to understand the needs and requirements from my end really stood out! We struck the deal almost a year in advance of the wedding and I think that was the best decision I took! The team arrived to the venue timely (Early!!!) and also met us (the couple) and it all just instantly clicked. Over the wedding days, they seamlessly integrated with the family and were completely non-intrusive to the wedding process... it was like they were not even there!!!! Just like an excited 'to be married soon couple' we started searching for good photographer for our wedding and came across Snapsoul as a reputed (so called) brand name. I tried talking to various photographers and finally chose Snapsoul going by their market ratings and reviews. My wedding was on 22 July 2018 and I called Aditya Mohan in May 2018 for the booking. This guys talked to me for sometime, took all details, I clearly mentioned to him that we were keeping it a small affair and there wont be many guests and it will be just 5-6 hours wedding. He quoted me a particular amount which was more than what other photographers quoted but I still agreed and confirmed the booking.He inquired about the venue of wedding which was Lutyens at MG road and he suggested that I have a makeup artist at venue only as they will click some pictures of same. I had to pay extra for the makeup artist to visit the venue. Post which, Aditya moved out of picture and Rashi Mohan was allocated for future dealings. They were super quick to send a runner next day for booking advance which I diligently gave. with a week remaining for the wedding, I was getting curious as to if they had a concept in mind for the teaser video of wedding and to my astonishment, Rashi had not thought of anything due to which I suggested him of some things that I had in mind. She also told me that 4 team members will be present on day of wedding. Anyway, the day approached and the team arrived at sharp 5 pm at the venue. They started their job and to my surprise, they were 12-15 team members and not 4(you will know why I am mentioning the count soon). They did their job, took interviews and the strange part was that they refused to take some shots that I suggested ex: interviews of my nieces, pictures with my nieces/family, chunni shot, even a kiss on cheek shot with my husband). After the wedding, we were really excited to see the pictures. And Rashi delivered it much before the expected date. And this is when I realized, I should not have chosen this team at all. 1. The pictures were dark, non edited with at least half of pictures with eyes closed of me or my husband. 2. The brightness was not even touched upon. 3. their were no innovative poses 4. It looked as If they just collated all pics from different cameras and delivered to us. I reached Rashi and told him of issue and she uploaded a new dump in 2 days suggesting it was edited one, which actually did not have major change but I don't argue further and accepted the pictures as is. Then came the video part. 3 months after our wedding, we were sent a link of a teaser which was made as if they had not even put my minds/concept to it. It was vague with most of clips where I or my husband were looking bad and was not as per the download that I had given to their team. I had to invest a ful day to cut clips from full wedding video and compile them in a video and sent it to Rashi on whatsapp, telling her what to put and what not to put. To add, he had requested for my choice of songs and I gave her 2 songs over whatsapp, but to my astonishment, she never used any of them. finally after too much back and forth, deletions, additions and spending some hours of mine into the teaser discussions, they delivered a video, the shots were again dark and non edited. We again accepted it as were tired of doing so much back and forth. I asked Rashi to share the you tube link so that I can share it on my social media(this is a typical process that all photographers that I have seen follow). And you will not believe, she refused to do so and rather said that she can just upload on Vimeo. I argued her on this as the excuses given by her don't seem reasonable. She had told me that they were facing some licensing issue on YouTube due to which they are unable to upload any video on it. And next day, I see 3 videos uploaded by them back to back on their YouTube channel. Seeing this, I reached Rashi and asked her how were those uploads possible. AND SHE BLOCKED ME ON WHATSAPP AS SOON AS I ASKED HER THIS QUESTION. I found it really insulting and I reached Aditya and he had no clear answers and was rather defending Rashi throughout. He didn't even care to say a single sorry for their behavior. I dropped them an email to make some changes to full wedding video as one of the song is going mute when I upload it on social media and I never got an edited version or even a response to email. IMHO, this is one worst team that I have dealt with ever. I didn't get a good customer experience and I was rather insulted and I did not even get a good quality of pictures/videos. They made the best day of my life look the worst for me and something that I will never forget. I managed to upload video on my youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGzO77ewg5A Also, I talked about number of people that arrived because I had counted them as 4 in my full budget planning and i eventually ended up paying per plate cost for 12 people extra. I do not recommend this team at all, there are much better local photographers who might not have a big website or brand name but for sure have much better talent and humbleness. I have screenshots of all whatsapp chats and emails to prove my point.

The whole team went above and beyond our expectations. He made me look gorgeous and as a couple, I never knew we could photograph so well. I need to mention - my husband (Puneet) hates being photographed. However, Aditya made him feel so comfortable, that Puneet was all excited and willingly posed for all the photographs for our pre-wedding shoot. My fiance stumbled upon Snapsoul for our pre wedding shoot. In a hot sultry afternoon with my fast of Janmashtami, we held the shoot. Aditya made sure we had nothing to worry about on the day apart from reaching the venue in time. He kept us all pumped up during shooting hours and his humor got us some of the most naturals smiles and beautiful priceless candid shots. Best thing about him is, it didn't feel we are meeting him for the first time. He was constantly in touch with us to get to know us more and what we are expecting from the shoot. We don't prefer over edited pics and we got the most beautiful shots in natural light. We both are super duper happy with the outcome and absolutely no delays in the outcome from him despite us not being able to follow up with him. He and his team are go to people for the most relaxed functions where your day and events will breeze through and you will end up with marvellous shots and memories for a lifetime.

I am really glad that we decided to go with Snapsoul. Initially I was very confused about who to hire as a photographer for my wedding, as i was looking for something very specific. Somehow i was introduced to Aditya by a common friend. To be honest, I was reluctant in the beginning since Aditya didn't seem like the "old school wedding photographer", but after a meeting with him my doubts were cleared. He was very accommodating and enthusiastic, more importantly, he seemed to know what i wanted. For a photographer, I didn't want someone who was too usual and conventional. I asked for something which would be very "un-cheesy" , and he delivered on that perfectly. Also, besides the pictures being amazing, and exceeding my expectations, the snap soul crew was very professional. The crew was there on every function before time, stayed till the end, was very accommodating with the family and getting to know who everyone was. I highly recommend Snapsoul!

Aditya has done my baby's first shoot when he was 6 months old. The pictures were just awesome. When I uploaded the pics on FB everybody kept asking me about the pics. And after a few days i got a call from a magazine with the name of 'child' and they called me for another baby shoot. And they published his picture in their next issue. All thanks to adi for his fantabulous work. He is an excellent photographer and a great fun loving person to be with. We did the shoot while having so much fun. Highly recommended for any kinda shoot!! U gonna love his pictures for sure.
