Event Ustaad

EU (Event Ustaad) were awesome! EU planned and managed the wedding of my daughter and that went really really well. Even if 8 out of 10 items had gone well we would have called it a success but EU got 10 of 10 items well and made it a super success! It’s been 3 weeks since the wedding and we are still receiving messages and calls from friends and family appreciating everything - venue, decor, menu, anchors for each events and overall smooth execution and a classy experience for all guests. Between Shrishti and Anmol they are a great team. One is very smart and strong in negotiations - some of them I could not have handled. Another is very good in stakeholder (client) management - soft spoken, “don’t worry - will get it done” kind of approach for every odd request you may have. Once they understood our demographics and what we would like and not like; EU brought in the latest trends, new ideas - and advised us what works / does not work, from time to time. EU was always looking to add value - sincerely wanted the hosts to relax and enoy. Made sure that we did not have to work or stress for anything. I saw EU team was genuinely concerned about the success of the wedding. They were not superficial about what will please the host - but worked like it’s "their own family function". EU always has attention to details. Took End to end ownership They also had a good network of various artists and service providers. And not only recommended the best in class artists but also negotiated best deals for us. If you are looking for elegance, class, best experience for your guests, with end to end ownership of the final outcome, and yet friendly for your budget - EU is your answer!

My friends and I attend a wedding organised by Wedding Ustaad. It is the best 4 days we spent. The attention to details were brilliant. It was a mixture of both traditional and modern day customs. We were given royal treatment from the time we arrived till we left. The food was something we thoroughly enjoyed and the variety was top notch. It was very warm and colourful. Everyday was a treat. They made sure we were a part of every custom. Tiny details such as a small wearable was given before every customs. A lot of services and pampering was offered. Weddings are usually dull but this was just a 4 day party that we will always remember. A huge thank you and shoutout to Event Ustaad for throwing a great wedding. Surely booking and recommending them for every Wedding that will happen in the future.

Event Ustaad is a team of extremely well driven well focused and passionate young women. They inspired me. And at different points of my wedding taught me the value of patience and resilience. To share a few anecdotes from the wedding.. we hired them as a management team first with just their core members and for the rest of the workforce there was supposed to be another agency involved but then things didn't workout and just a week before the wedding we requested them if they would be able to manage the entire event and gather the work force too to do so? To everyone's surprise and awe they managed a staff of 30 people from across borders in just a span of 5 days and handled everything then on without a strain, why this matters is that they are very young, ambitious and kind. A rare combination to find as a business ethic these days. Like every event, in the wedding there were problems like the unpredictable weather conditions, my mood swings, difficult parents etc etc. But they seemed so have dealt with things with such patience and actually understanding of the emotional and financial roller coaster ride that is a indian wedding. In the process of managing the Wedding they really became family. To put in another flag to their ever growing castle... Their attention to detail is to be revered in. You would not believe the things they would do to make you feel special and the . lengths they would go to, to make your life as stress-free. I highly recommend you invite them to cater to your needs. They will leave as Friend and family to you. And leave you wanting more, the comfort of their services
