So, to say that my experience with Soulful events was “good” would be a huge understatement. This is a beautifully run company, by the owners and by the admin team. They are simply AMAZING. Here are some of the reasons why: 1. They coordinated a HUGE three day wedding in Lucknow while my I (the bridezilla) was in New York City and my parents were in Pittsburgh. 2. The wedding itself was FLAWLESS. Every single bit of decoration looked like it was straight out of a Pinterest wonderland. For real, every single person couldn’t stop gushing over the amazing little details, the fantasy florals and the general opulence. 3. The owners and operators themselves. They’re young, hip, chic and know what it’s like to want something and how to create it. If it’s unrealistic, they’ll get real with you and if it is at all possible, they will make it happen. They held my parents hand through events that they were not even organizing, ordered food for them, made sure they introduced the best of Lucknow to them, and were generally super super warm and generous with their time and resources. Other planners wouldn’t have this kind of hands on approach. 4. The team is ON TOP OF IT. Calls, emails, texts, Instagram messenger, you name it. All details are coordinated constantly and with complete proactivity. You NEVER have to chase them. If you have any event coming up, you simply cannot do better than Soulful.
