Highly unprofessional, unethical and irresponsible. It has been almost an year that I have been waiting for my wedding photographs, photo album and a proper professional video. I have just got a few photos via WhatsApp in the initial days and have been waiting for the rest of the things in spite of doing full payment. The excuses never get over and there is no concern about the financial and emotional loss of the clients. Worst service ever. Don’t ruin your best moments by appointing this team for photography or videography of your precious moments. Taking money and then not delivering is what they are good at.

Our nightmare started when Soulmate Creation - Abhishek Raina and his team started to do our wedding photography. In pre-wedding shoot, we came to know his incompetence in providing good photographs. The situation became bad to worst when the wedding shoot failed due to incompetent behavior. He and his team were so incompetent that they couldn't cover the whole event. They were always late to the events and there is no coverage of the beginning of any function. There are no close-ups of the bride and groom for engagement and wedding. Right after the wedding Abhishek Raina started to demand payment and threatened to delete the photos if payment wasn't made. The agreement was to deliver all the photos, videos, by mid-march and right after getting his money in Feb he started to ignore our calls. It has been eight months and we haven't received anything from him yet. He has been evading all the calls and messages after getting his money. There is no communication on providing the videos and finally, we have resorted to taking legal action against Abhishek Raina and Soulmate Creation. We have filed a fraud case against Abhishek Raina in court. This is a clear case of fraud, where this firm has taken our money and didn't deliver a single thing and there is no communication. - They missed to cover the whole event, they were late for every function and beginning of every function is missing in the photos - They missed delivering the photos, videos, albums, even after eight months of the shoot - They exploited the situation and threatened to delete the photos if payment wasn't made - Abhishek Raina stopped communication as soon as payment was made, he hasn't answered my calls in the last two months and there is no communication on chat

To Summarize, Abhishek Raina, the guy who owns this company is a Frauds, Greedy, Misbehaved and most unprofessional and Unethical guy who just puts a facade of being nice when he wants business. - They don't cover weddings and half other functions. - They misbehave with girls and elders at events. -They Take the money and don't deliver the Pictures. - They threaten to delete all pictures if you don't pay them. - They abscond when they get money. - They even admit doing all this deliberately. - They don't even have half the deliverable to give to you when you ask for it. Bottom line: we were so unfortunate to hire this guy. It's been almost a year and we have lost our precious wedding memories. Please don't hire them and please spread the word around.
