Startling Decor is definitely the best in the business. They were able to effortlessly put our thoughts and ideas together to create masterpieces for our events! The color combination, flower selection and creation of symphony was mind-boggling. We had guests from all over the world and all guests had one thing in common to compliment us on & that was Decoration.
