We are really glad that we chose Indu and Strings & Knots for our wedding decor. From the very first meeting I knew that she will able to take my vision to reality and of course she added her own personal touch along the way! and it absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. The venue looked stunning and our guests still are raving with how beautiful the space looked. All Communication with her was professional yet so personal. All the meetings with Indu and her team were so much fun and extremely helpful where we could discuss all minute details beforehand making things much easier while you get all set for the Big Day . We even had to make last minute changes due to weather at our ceremony and she was prepared and ready to head inside and make the necessary changes. Strings & Knots team was always fast and professional, it made the entire process very easy and safe especially in the times of ongoing Covid19. I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for choosing Strings & Knots. I would recommend Indu to anyone looking for a decorator to fulfil their vision above and beyond especially If you are looking for a team that can handle the pressure and execute in a timely manner. No doubt, there are many wedding plannes accross chandigarh. but i ended my search here, once i met these guys from Strings & Knots Mr. Vikas Punj and Mrs. Punj. These guys are awesome in their job they simply judge what kind of ambience needs to be created according to location and people. I had my wedding planned by them and they just give life to my home and to my lawn. Very genuine and polite people didnt face any issue with them. They work hard and work with minimum monitoring. Love you guys keep up the good work. Thanks for having all your effort and hard work. If there was a negative rating, I would give that to Indu and her strings & knots team. I had made just two requests and she could not even honour them, let alone doing her job well. I have two more weddings lined up in my family (sister & SIL) and at least five among my Tricity friends, was looking forward to giving more business to this team basis the “marvellous promises” they made to me- definitely won’t do that now. My one key request was not to add white roses in my garlands as putting white is considered inauspicious in our family- but noooo, there i come and see WHITE ROSES in our varmaala <slow claps> Is it that hard to find a Garland of red roses in the city, Indu? Shame on you! And the woman has the audacity to ask for full payment from the bride when she is getting dressed and running late for her arrival- you can’t even provide a hard bill and then you want full payment on handover of a slopshoddy so-called décor? May better sense of business and customer centricity prevail over you. I just wish I had gone ahead with the other vendor that was empaneled with my wedding venue and listened to my parents.. attaching pictures of just one of the many things- OVERpromised (in fancy coloured setup) vs UNDERdelivered(in a black &white xerox copy lol)

Marriage took place in Holiday Inn chandigarh. what so promised was not fulfilled. Rates are towards higher side.
