I booked their airbrush, senior makeup artist package for my engagement. My main requirement was that my skin colour should not change and I specified this multiple times before and during my booking. However, they still made me fairer. In all of my pictures, the difference between my arms and my face is clear. The area around my mouth also looked white, like it had a layer of powder on it. I kept pointing it out to them, clearly stating that I don't like it and it looks weird, but they kept saying that it will settle in a few minutes or that it is not looking weird and I am only feeling that it is because I am not used to wearing makeup. In all of my close-up pictures, the makeup looks cakey on my entire face. Right before I left, the owner herself removed some of the stuff from around my mouth and fixed it a little when I expressed my dissatisfaction. In some of my pictures, a clear line of contour is also visible on my jawline; they did not blend it properly. They also do not take into account their client's specific requirements and do the same things for everyone - I have a sharp jawline already and still they contoured it more, so that in some pictures, my face looks like it is only skin and bones. They also took a very long time; they told me to arrive at 9 am, but the studio itself was not open when we reached at 9 am. The staff came after I called the owner and informed her that I have reached. They told me that I will be ready by 12, since my event was scheduled to start at 1 pm and I wanted some time before the event for pictures. But, they took a very long time and I could only leave the studio around 1.45 pm. This was despite me telling them the exact look and hairstyle I want beforehand and confirming multiple times if 3 hours will be enough for it. They assured me that I will be ready by 12, but they delayed a lot because of which I hardly had any time for pictures before the event. My photographers hardly shot pictures of me for 15 minutes before I left the studio and even in that time, they kept fixing my makeup more; for example, they put more eyeliner in the middle of my photos. I also got smile lines on my makeup in the middle of the few pictures my photographers took in the studio, even though they had done my makeup for so long. They had to fix it before I could leave. Till the minute I left, they kept fixing my makeup. It was not only touch-up, but the owner herself fixed my makeup more, right before I left because I told her that I don't like the way it looks, especially around my mouth. However, they had already taken so long that I couldn't spend any longer to fix whatever they had done. Everything was delayed due to this. They also caused heat damage to the ends of one portion of my hair, since they don't use heat protectant even if you ask them to. That part of my hair isn't curling properly anymore even though I have naturally curly hair. I also realised that they charged me 3k extra due to some mistake in the bill. After my makeup was done, I paid hastily and left because I was anyway late, but I realised the error a couple of days after the event. I called them to clarify the error and they gave me the refund of 3k and rectified the error. But, during that phone conversation, the owner herself said that she wasn't happy with my makeup and I should book a more expensive makeup package next time for my wedding, and that in that more expensive package, she will do my makeup herself. This clearly shows that the owner herself does not consider the work of even her senior most artists as good work. I had a very unsatisfactory experience with them and will definitely not book them for my wedding. After I posted this review, they called me and requested that I remove the review, at least the aspect about the delay they caused. They clearly manage the reviews posted online to showcase that they only get positive reviews. [Edited to add about after-review call]

I am very satisfied with my make up. I did not expect that I would look so good and so beautiful but studioa1 made me wrong and made me feel beautiful.
