Studio Bajaj

We had a very disappointing experience with Studio Bajaj. At the time of booking, we were shown a very high quality sample. However, just two days before our event, we were informed that the actual service would be much lower quality, which was completely different from the sample shared. We requested a refund due to this clear misalignment. They refused to accept their mistake in communication and expectation setting, and did not agree to refund. They told us just try us out, it’s a small function. They clearly did not understand the emotion and sentiment behind such events and took us for a ride. Moreover, we were left stranded and had to find another photographer we liked very last minute. Very unprofessional.

We felt misled and experienced a high level of unprofessionalism in our interaction with Studio Bajaj. There was a clear mismatch between what was presented to us and what was later communicated, and our expectations were not aligned with the actual service. When we raised this and requested cancellation due to the miscommunication, the team refused to issue the refund. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with them.

Hired the team after a recommendation. however, very disappointed. quality of edited pics compared to other vendors is inferior. The team delivered an incomplete set of photographs, and they have no idea where the rest went. One entire set of photographs is missing. Definitely not worth the cost. :( Dhruv has been sweet to talk to. But the quality of result is not up to the mark at all.

We on-boarded Studio Bajaj for my sister’s wedding that took place in December 2019. Dhruv commissioned the perfect team of photographers for us. During the events, the photographers were very professional yet friendly, polite and excellent at their jobs. They captured all the events flawlessly like a fly on the wall, without getting in our way. They made use of whatever little time we could give them during the wedding bustle and made the most beautiful wedding film for us. The teaser stood out and was everybody’s favorite. In an edit of about 5 minutes, they made us laugh, cry and reminisce. They captured this milestone in my sister’s life spectacularly with state of the art equipment combined with creativity of an excellent team of photographers and editors. I will say that they take a little longer in making the deliveries than usual, but that is attributed to their high quality of work.

Studio Bajaj came highly recommended by a family friend. And they truly did an amazing job, attention to detail, they understand what you need done and how. The personal touch and engaging with the family and friends, they become a part of your wedding crew. The photos came out great. I'm really glad we went with STUDIO BAJAJ, to capture our big day.

Studio Bajaj is the best in the photography business. They have the best equipment and staff. They cater to all types of requirements, be it traditional , candid or cinematic. A bit on the expensive side but totally worth the money.

Really high quality work with on time delivery of the projects and up to date trends of the industry. I hired them for varied projects from products photography to my sisters wedding and niece’s first birthday and i am very happy with the photographs and videos. Fits the budge and also gives all possible variety compared to other companies in the market

I hired them for my cousins wedding, from pre-wedding shoot till the complete wedding, everything was covered by them only. Their work was outstanding and quality driven. I highly recommend this studio.
