A beautifully designed lehenga with a perfect fit. The craftsmanship is stellar, both on the embellished blouse and on the skirt with foil work. The blouse glitters when I walk and the color is a pale pink - looks great in photos. The shopping experience was seamless, shipping was quick from Delhi to Mumbai via DTDC and the support over WhatsApp was really helpful. I’m looking forward to my next purchase from Studio Iris!

Really bad customer service! I had started my first message to them asking if a certain product is available for urgent delivery if it’s not then it’s fine just let me know and they confirmed that it is if payment is done the same day. I request a PayPal payment link and they told me razor pay is my only option but their website does say under FAQ that PayPal is an option. Razor pay was charging me additional fees so I couldn’t complete my payment and they told me one of their team members would get me a PayPal link but that never happened infact their team just started ignoring all of my messages Despite knowing that my request was urgent. It seemed like they were least interested in getting a new order. Their team should have never made me feel like an urgent delivery was possible! If you care about proper customer service where you won’t have to chase them to get answers then please shop elsewhere. The products are beautiful from what I see online but customer service is bad.

Bought a beautiful silver lehenga from this store. I travelled a long way for my trousseau shopping and I am so happy I made this extra effort. The prices are very reasonable for the service offered. I am very satisfied and will definitely try again

The outfit was very nice. However, the delivery process was not good. It took 3 weeks for the outfit to arrive from Delhi. A lot of issues with missing/incomplete paper work from Studio Iris. Customs duty tax as well. I had to stay on top of the tracking and delivery process. Studio Iris lack customer service. The outfit arrived on Friday and the event I was wearing it to was the following day. It was very stressful chasing the retailer to get an update on the delivery of the outfit. When I placed the order We agreed the outfit would arrive end of April, I received the outfit 20th May. I had no time to go and get jewellery or do any alterations.

All the pieces of the lehenga fit perfectly and the embroidery was very intricate. I was initially hesitant to order a lehenga off of pictures online but the Studio Iris team was very proactive and responsive in clearing all my doubts, going as far as to send me a sample of the lehenga in the original colour and a colour swatch book so I could be sure of the colour against my skin. They were happy to make all my customisations in terms of fabric choice, colour and blouse style; and delivered the lehenga a week before schedule! While the fit was initially a little awry (I assume since it was based off of measurements taken remotely by me and not by their team) they promptly fixed the blouse. It fit me beautifully after alterations! They also made me a fabric belt because I was having difficulty pleating the organza dupatta, and were also proactive in following up with me regarding fitting, feedback etc. The lehenga is gorgeous and the customer service is also fantastic :)
