Our experience with this vendor has been nothing short of frustrating. While they made big promises at the beginning, they failed to deliver on both professionalism and timeliness. It has been over a year since our wedding, and several deliverables are still pending. The videos were poorly edited at first — one even had audible background chatter from behind the camera. I rewatched the footage, shared detailed timestamps, and had to follow up multiple times before they finally made the edits and delivered the video after repeated chasing. Even the album work took an unreasonably long time. At no point did they take the initiative to reach out for feedback or suggestions. Instead, we constantly had to go behind them to get things done. While the quality of the final deliverables is good and not something I can completely discredit, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability, delayed responses, and total absence of professionalism made what should have been a joyful experience into a stressful ordeal. Unless you’re okay with being ignored after payment and constantly following up, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Not stick to the workd he tells. Total lier. Need to do me payment onf 1 lack on partnership. He will be like he is responsible but please dont anyone trust on his promises. He will make delays and sometimes you have to go behind him to get your works done

It's been almost a year to our wedding and we haven't yet received the album from these guys. The team is very juvenile lacking respect for the sanctity of the wedding ceremony. It was agreed upon that on the previous day we'd discuss the expectations along with the specific moments & rituals which need to be captured. However, just like the other reviews mention, Karthik does not receive or respond back when his clients call. What cannot be forgiven is that THEY LOST MY MANGALSUTRA and a gold necklace after they took it for jewellery shoot. This is really irresponsible of them as it caused extreme panic. Hire these guys if the dynamics of the wedding are not stressful enough for you & don't mind them adding chaos! Lack of commitment as you need to keep following up repeatedly for every deliverable. Be ready to receive some very lame lazy excuses everytime. The candid clicks and short video are impressive, however the editing of the one-hour long video is not good. Important moments were missed being captured as they never showed up to discuss the previous day and arrived late on the wedding day. They were evidently clueless on the sequence of rituals, missing some of them in between. Disappointing execution & having to deal with their unprofessional behavior inspite of paying upfront the exorbitant price that they charge, definitely we do NOT recommend!

Earlier I had even him good reviews for his work but now I take my words back. KARTHIK IS VERY TALENTED PHOTOGRAPHER BUT WITH ZERO MANAGEMENT SKILLS. Guys, if you don’t mind getting your event pics after a year also ... you can hire him. He clicked my photos on 12 Dec 2019 and I am yet to receive it my final version of photos , albums and videos. And one important think after some months he won’t even revert your follow up calls and messages. Sorry Karthik and your team, i am not a person who will share negative reviews on social media platform but you guys forced me to do it because of such service.
