Worked with more than one event planner during my wedding. I had such a great experience with one and the absolute worst experience with sugar plum. Was so disappointed. What I asked for was not what I delivered. Costly for the work they did and such unprofessional work. They used artificial flowers throughout after trying to convince me that it is imported even though I insisted on only fresh flowers. No imported artificial flowers will give the look of fresh flowers. And all the top event management companies in India only use fresh flowers for a reason. They didn’t even respond to the feedback I gave and directly responded with the bill after which she didn’t respond to my calls. Would never recommend for anybody looking for an event planner.

Dheeraj and myself Krishna, we had a traditional Kerala wedding. Team sugar plum was the overall planning and execution head of our wedding. We had a very satisfactory and warm service. And their decor was a brilliant one. I wanted a theme lotus wedding and they did full justice to it. Nazreen was available day and night to answer all my questions and did an amazing job in organizing everything perfectly for our Sangeet function and Wedding. Every design was delivered to the detail we expected. They have the best decorative elements. The team has been dedicated since day one and literally worked through sleepless nights to ensure everything was perfect for our events.
