One of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever dealt with. After chasing Mr. Suresh for 6 months, all I received was a low-quality wedding teaser. I shared the required changes, and since then there has been no progress, no update, and absolutely no clarity on when those changes—or even the full wedding video—will be delivered. Now it’s almost one year since my wedding. I am struggling with them Mr. Suresh does not pick up calls, ignores messages and voice notes, and keeps giving excuses whenever he finally replies. Have some basic decency to respond to your client after charging complete payments. I made a horrible mistake by choosing them. And no matter how many comments you delete on social media, you cannot hide your terrible service. I strongly advise others to stay far away from this service.

I paid over Rs 1 lakh and the experience was shit. They took 2 years to give us product, which was below average. Getting in touch with Suresh (the owner) is beyond impossible. He never responds, always gives reasons like “my son is not well”, “my wife is in hospital”, “I lost my eye”, and what not. Terrible experience. Please don’t trust them.

I had a very disappointing and heartbreaking experience with this photographer. I paid more than ₹1.8 lakhs for my wedding photography, expecting professional service and a lifetime of memories. However, what I received was extremely poor in quality. The album delivered was of very cheap and low quality, nowhere close to what was promised. Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and messages, the photographer stopped responding entirely. I feel completely cheated—not only financially but emotionally too. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events, and I have lost the chance to preserve mine properly because of this negligence. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Please think twice before trusting them with your special moments.

I had a terrible experience with this photographer. I paid Rs. 1,62,000 (one lakh sixty two )for complete photography and videography services, including a high-quality photo album (with mixed paper as promised) and edited video. It’s been over 1.5 years, and despite repeated follow-ups, I received the album now — and that too in very poor quality. The album paper is not what was promised — no mixed paper, very low-quality printing, and overall feels like a cheap product. The promised video also not worth and songs are really very bad and other deliverables are still pending or were never shared properly. especially after taking such a large amount upfront he will not attend our calls and messages and I do not recommend this photographer to anyone who values quality, commitment, and professionalism.
