very bad service and believe me, these guys are nothing less than frauds Below is a point wise proof of everything we are saying: 1. You can actually check this with the venue guys as well, Raj Laxmi Heavens, - they threw food waste in a fertilizer well in the resort, when the resort asked her, she just denied paying anything, we had to pay extra fine so that our events didn't stop (you can actually check it with the team at the resort) 2. They are extremely rude with guests, they don't even respect people's who are 80 years old or children. Once a guest (80+ years) and asked her for garam rotis, nitu (the caterer) shouted as him and said 10 minute rukiye, khana ruk kar kha lijiyega 3. They will not fulfill contract terms (you can actually check this with terms and conditions in our contract and what they gave), leave everything, they didn't even put a mocktail counter on the wedding day (CCTV camera recordings don't lie- you can get it checked with the venue -20th and 21st feb 2025 were our event dates) 4. Tea counter - they will not keep tea and coffee counter all the time, their team is sooo bad, if you ask them to improve, they will screw your wedding experience by shouting at you in front of your guests 5. They are sooo bad with service, every morning they used to call us at 5/6 am, threatening us to pay some portion of the money, otherwise they won't start the food- we have all transaction details, we didn't delay their payment even once 6. Not even a single day did breakfast start on time, our guests went to counters at 9.30 AM, breakfast was not ready on either days 7. Their counter presentation is pathetic, don't go on what they show you at the time of getting the contract (please check footage of counter presentation on our event days) 20,21 feb 2025 8. Bad quality food+ many of our guests faced issues of bad stomach in the wedding 9. They don't have proper workforce, there were negligible people who carried food trays during events to serve guests (again cctv won't lie) Both nitu and her son akshat did everything to spoil the experience of our guests Also believe us, we gave Rs. 7.5 lacs advance before the wedding, i have all proofs of payments Please reply to us if you want any more proofs on this review, we will give you every single proof
