After the makeup was done, the girl’s face looked droopy and poorly contoured—when we pointed it out, the makeup artist casually said it would “set automatically,” which it didn’t. Eye makeup made the girl’s eyes look unusually small. On top of that, hair extensions that were supposedly included in the package were suddenly made chargeable during the session. That said, Rohan’s dealing was polite and professional, and the hairstylist did a decent job. But overall, the experience fell far short of expectations

Deciding factor before booking her was the way she and her husband communicated, I had connected with multiple MUAs but found these people more responsive and communicative. My wedding makeup and the complete look was more then I had imaged and expected. I just loved the complete look Surbhi created for me. I was bombarded with compliments from from all my relatives and in laws family members too. Everyone was so happy with my makeup. She made me fall in love with myself :). Surabhi is a great makeup artist. I got introduced to her at my best friends wedding. She did my best friend's makeup. When I saw my best friend's make up that's the only time I decided that when I will get married I will be availing her services. And I am so glad I went with her. Not only she helped me get dolled up for my big days, but also before my functions she gave me suggestions for skin care, hairstyle choices, hair extensions types, knowledge about what kind of makeup might suit my skin and personality type. For my ring functions, She used extremely high quality makeup brands such as Nars etc which i was looking for. The quality of her makeup products, the blending techniques, eye makeup, contouring, highlighting and my lip shades everything was just super fabulous and flawless. One word for her - Seamless! The covid pandemic had seriously derailed our marriage plans, all the work we had done got undone infront of our eyes. From a destination wedding in Uttrakhand we dialed down to a home wedding! I reached out to Surbhi a week before my marriage, she was calm and understood the requirements. We couldn't schedule a trial due to the lockdown but we shared pictures of the look I was aiming at. Surbhi was so calm throughout the process, she understood the clothes I was wearing and matched make-up palette perfectly. On the day of the wedding, she came on time and started the make-up in a professional manner, with complete hygiene in place. She was helpful with the demands of the photographer for the make up shoot and remained calm through it. The end result was perfection, the makeup not only looked very elegant and natural it stayed intact after an entire day of sweat and tears, mind you my marriage date was peak summer June.
